Excellent location. Really nice amenities. Close to the beach. Great game room. Close to town. The only bad was none of the soap dispensers had soap. Cool house.

The furniture, all but the beds which were very comfy, was too soft, too low. We are all tall, old and chubby. Too hard to get up . Just not comfy. No tables in the front room to sit drinks on! And yard not totally fenced in for the little pup.
