Come visit our home away from home and enjoy the very best Pensacola Beach has to offer…just a few steps off the patio and your toes are in the sand! Choose between the calm, clear waters of Santa Rosa Sound (right off your patio) or cross the street for quick access to the waves and beauty of the Gulf of Mexico. La Bahia is a friendly, 22-unit complex located on the quiet area of the island…perfect for families wanting space and those wanting to relax. We take great pride in our home and spend every chance we can enjoying those sunsets!

• Our 3-bedroom, 3 bath home features a private balcony for each bedroom with views of the water. The rooms are spacious with smart TVs in every bedroom.
• Large main patio deck with ample space for everyone and you are steps away from the kids playing in the sand. No waiting on stuffy elevators here!
• All the comforts of home including ample kitchenware, full size washer/dryer, smart TVs, Bluetooth soundbar, wireless internet.
• Reserved, covered parking for up to 2 vehicles directly under unit.
• Large, lockable "sand closet" on the ground floor is great for storing all your beach gear (and keeps the beach sand out of your living space).
• Boater’s paradise: boat/jet ski moorings right off the beach to secure your vessel (or pull your kayaks right onto the soft shore).
• The bay-side beach is gentle and shallow…perfect for young kids with hermit crabbing, fishing, watching dolphins, water sports, and snorkeling.
• The Gulf-side beach is a 2-minute walk from your door (we've timed it!). Great for collecting seashells, boogie-boarding, and catching all the beach action. Pensacola Beach is consistently ranked as one of the best beaches in America.
• A dedicated bike/running path outside of La Bahia runs for miles.
• Onsite pool and gazebo.
• In-season, you’ll love watching the Blue Angels practice from our patio, or you can visit the nearby historic Ft. Pickens area for a front row seat.

Upstairs:
• 1 bedroom with private balcony and view of Gulf (queen bed, smart TV). Private full bath.
• 1 master bedroom with private balcony and view of Santa Rosa Sound (king bed, smart TV). Private bath.
Other amenities:
• 1400 square feet of living area plus 200 square feet of patio
• Convenient ground-level storage closet. Lockable & great for securing bikes or keeping sandy gear outside.
Prohibited: For the utmost comfort of our guests with allergies, no pets and no smoking please. You will be asked to leave immediately without refund if found to have a pet or evidence of smoking inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking and/or pet(s) will trigger additional cleaning costs and forfeit your entire deposit.
50% of total charges are required to hold your reservation.

Located ON the bay with a beach steps from unit. 2 min walk to the gulf beach, just next to the dog beach-fun all day watching doggies swim! Park two cars covered & spaces for extras. This home is lovingly stocked with everything you can think of & very clean! Very comfortable furniture & perfect layout. 2 spacious masters upstairs with their own bathroom & a 2 twin bed bedroom with room for a twin blow up mattress if necessary with full bath on the main level. All 3 bedrooms have plenty of storage & a balcony porch. The main porch has a table & chairs to enjoy coffee & dolphin watching in the morning & cool breezes while hanging out in the evenings. Kayaks provided to explore the bay, grill available if you catch anything off the bay pier! Pool was clean and a good size! Full size laundry units on main floor. Host was communicative & easy to get ahold of!If you happen to be there over the 4th of July & don’t feel like fighting crowds, sit on your porch & watch fireworks all across the bay! They were phenomenal & not as loud!We went to baseball fields at West Florida Tech & Pensacola Catholic, both 30 mins away. A 2 min drive to several places to eat, try Peg Leg Pete’s but go downstairs for 1/4 of wait time, great oysters & price on Crab Legs! Shaggy’s a little further, worth the food & view. Flounders not worth the parking situation except the chowder. Grand Marlin is worth it all-the , time, parking!Explore the fort in the national park at end of the island, so cool!

The unit was very clean and the host included many extra ammentities. The outside closet was full of everything that we needed for the beach. We enjoyed the private beach on the bay side and it was a quick walk to the gulf side. My family also enjoyed the pool and the two provided kayaks. It was a wonderful family vacation!

I absolutely recommend this place to anyone, not only those with young children. The little beach is great for little ones, but my teens loved it also. We had some rough seas the week we were there and had I not had the little beach to go to, I may not have been able to get in the water. The condo complex has community chairs out on the beach and there is plenty of stuff in the outdoor locker also. The condo itself was wonderful and communication with Brandi was great!! Can’t say enough good things about it

The location of this property is great if you’re looking for a place with kids. The beach access is so convenient. We loved being able to walk right out the condo and enjoy the little beach and then walk across the street to the gulf. The sand and water are beautiful!
