The condo sleeps up to 8 guests (1 king bed in master bedroom; 2 twin beds in second bedroom; 2 twin beds in loft; queen sofa sleeper in living room). The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub. Other amenities include washer and dryer; free Wi-Fi internet access, LCD HDTV, cable service and DVD player.The dining room includes a bar area with wine cooler. We had a wonderful stay at Francesco’s condo. The location is fantastic, with ocean views from two balconies and easy access to both the Gulf beaches and the sound. We loved relaxing by the pool while watching the Blue Angels fly overhead. The condo was clean and well furnished, and the kitchen had some welcome extras like a toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Francesco was a gracious host and made the whole process seamless.. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful view of the beach from the room. Pool, beach, and bay access from the condo is a huge perk! The condo could use a good amount of updating. Carpet is pretty dingy, and lots of scuffs all over all the walls/doors. We also noticed that the 2 smoke alarms in the loft area are not in workable condition, which was concerning. This condo is so cute with a lot going for it. It just needs some updating to make it a true gem!
