Portside Villas Unit #1 is the ideal spot for a family getaway! This stunning end-unit townhouse condo sits right on the Gulf of Mexico, offering a comfortable stay for up to nine guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa, situated on the third level alongside a bunkbed room with two sets of twin bunkbeds and a full bath. The main level houses a generous kitchen and dining space, a large living room, and a third bedroom with another king-size bed. Although there's no cable, each room is equipped with a smart TV. The garage contains a variety of beach and outdoor activity gear for your use, including a grill for outdoor cooking. With tennis/pickleball courts and a pool provided by the association, and the beach just steps away, it's a perfect coastal retreat. Located on the quiet end of Fort Pickens Road, you will find a less crowded beach and the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The free Pensacola Beach Trolley runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day (and there is a stop just across the street) so it's easy to venture down to the main hub of the beach for dining, shopping and entertainment. History buffs will love how close this unit is the to Fort Pickens National Park, and downtown Pensacola is just a short drive away. Music lovers are sure to find live music most nights at various locations on the beach. If the water is what you're looking for you will find plenty of things to do, from dolphin cruises and deep-sea fishing excursions to parasailing and jet ski rentals. There is something to keep everyone entertained!

The Port Side Villa was clean with all things necessary to have a memorable beach stay with family and friends. It has a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach amenities. Spacious in every room. It seems so far away, but is very close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the beach.

The unit was clean and everything worked great. Enjoyed our time at the beach and pool. The beach view was awesome but would have enjoyed more if somewhere to sit on top balcony.

Beautiful condo, very comfortable beds. Right on beach. Lots to do near. Would have liked to have beach towels available, had to go buy several and try to pack them home. Also wasn’t given extra trash bags. That was very inconvenient.
