Please be advised that the Seahorse Complex will be undergoing construction from December 11, 2025 – January 15, 2026
Weather permitting; dates may vary. The scheduled work includes:
Chiseling and grinding of the concrete on the Gulf-facing side of the building
Painting and caulking on the east (rear) wall of the complex
Pressure washing of the concrete surfaces, which will occur prior to other construction activities
Work will take place on weekdays only; no construction will be conducted on weekends.

Seahorse H is a gorgeous three bedroom, three bath Condo which sits directly on Pensacola Beach. The ground level features a garage and there is an elevator in the complex. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the tile flooring, upscale furnishings and Smart Tv with Roku in the living room. The glass sliders open out to the expansive beachfront balcony and the transom windows above the sliders bring in more of that view! The kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, a tumbled marble backsplash, stainless appliances and a small granite built in bar. The counter height dining table seats 6 and is high enough for you to enjoy views of the beach. There's also a bedroom and bathroom on this level. Going up the spiral staircase, you’ll find another two bedrooms and baths, one is a master with a beach front balcony as well as a washer and dryer. With the sleeper sofa in the living room, this property sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy the four Smart Tvs with Roku and free Wifi. Make your next vacation memory at Seahorse H!

Built in 2001, Seahorse is a low-density beach front complex in Pensacola Beach comprised of only 18 individual units. The ground floor has a one or two car garage. The condo are on the first and second floors while nine one bedrooms are built on the third floor. There is an elevator that goes to all entrance levels. You will love being beach front and directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s seafood restaurant. Discover why guests return to Seahorse year after year!

This was a tri level property. Garage(ground level), Living room and ocean front balcony, kitchen, bedroom, & bathroom (1st floor), Master bedroom with ocean front balcony and master bathroom, washer & dryer, bunk room plus double bed with private bathroom (2nd floor). Only access to garage/storage is from ground level. Access to 1st and 2nd floors from outer doors on each level, so no worries about having to carry suitcases up stairs. Inside, a spiral staircase, connects 1st and 2nd floors. The condo was small and dated. Furniture worn. Nothing fancy, but served its purpose. Location of property is beachside and across from convenience store. The smart thermostat was annoying when it would reset to 76 degrees every morning, making it a hot environment if you forgot to reset it on your way out for the day. The bedrooms upstairs were tight with the amount of furniture in each room. Had to move night stand in master bedroom to easily access bathroom. Beds are very firm. Pillows are as well. Just be aware.Overall, it served its purpose. Location was great and on the quieter end of beach and is beachfront making it a plus. Its just an awkward set up with bulky furniture and spiral stairs.

Property was steps from the beach with great views. Kitchen was well stocked but pans are in poor condition. If you plan on cooking use lots of oil. Check in was easy.

For a better experience, bring the following:
-dishwashing soap and sponge: these were not provided, they did provide 3 tablets for the dishwasher. However, if you need to wash stuff by hand then I would recommend bringing your own.
-toilet paper: There were a single roll in each bathroom. I found 1 extra roll in one of the bathrooms upstairs, but here was no other rolls available. If you have a big group or are staying for a little longer, you might want to bring extra tp.
-trash bags: There were two trash bags that were already in the 2 big trash bins, but I did not find anymore trash bags around. Good thing we brought our own.
-laundry detergent: There is a w/d available, but I did not see any detergent, so bring your own.
-hair dryer if you use one: There was a hair dryer available, but it looked kind of gross. I would not use it.
I get it that it's by the beach so there is lots of sand, but when I came to the apartment, there were piles of sand in the corners (especially the upstairs bathrooms) that should have been swept up.
The newly washed (hopefully they were) sheets had sand in them as well. I'm not talking about a little, noticeable sand between my sheets. What got me was the sand in the sheets was not all over, it was concentrated at the bottom part of the bed, where your feet are. This is the reason why I'm questioning whether the sheets were replaced or washed. If it was washed and replaced, but the sand is just all over, it should be all over and not concentrated at the feet. Is this normal?
The location is not bad if you like to be more secluded. If you like to be centrally located where you can easily walk to shops and restaurants, then this might not be for you.
They had 1 kid's sand shovel in the garage, but it was broken, sad. The couches had plenty of room, but was meh, same for the decor and everything else. The bed in the master bedroom could use a new mattress. It was not comfortable.
All-in-all, the stay was ok, but wasn't the best. I would probably try another place next time.
