Welcome to a little piece of paradise at Barefoot & Buzzed! This beautiful 4-bedroom 3-bath house is nestled on the serene bayside. The white sandy beaches are just a short walk across the street. Upon entering the home to the left is a good size laundry area and a full bath with a walk-in shower. You have options to go down a few steps to enjoy a movie in the living area or play a mad game of cards. There is convenient access from the living room to the private beach area. The other option upon entering the home is you can go upstairs and enjoy a full kitchen with a huge island for eating your fresh catch of the day, simply chill in a second living area or step out onto the balcony and watch the sunset. To the left are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and a twin and the other bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access. The hall bathroom is a full bath with a walk-in shower. On the right side are two more bedrooms each with one queen bed balcony access from the bayside bedroom.

The space was excellent. I loved the balcony. But there were a few nails sticking up that needed to be tapped back down. The view of the Bay was absolutely spectacular and we actual had our own private dolphin show from the balcony which was a highlight of our trip. We also saw a stingray floating around and lots of fish. Everything was clean and orderly. The only other issue was one guest room the TV did not work. It was only fuzzy. I couldn't get anything to come on in that room. But all of the other TVs worked so we made do. Everything else about the house was spectacular!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 6. The rooms were clean, good condition and exactly as described. The beach area is not necessarily kid friendly, but with shoes on we made it work.

We couldn't have asked for a better location on the sound; however between communication and upkeep of the house it was rather lacking. Starting inside the home the carpets were gross and clearly have not been cleaned in awhile. There were broken trim pieces left in the living room. The kitchen many issues: broken ice maker, broken fridge handle, broken microwave door (we had to stand there and hold the door shut to warm up food), only two kitchen hand towels provided, three kitchen trash bags provided, there's a hand held mixer and the beater with it does not even fit, 1 single measuring cup, and 2 dishwasher pods(we knew we had to save one for checkout cleaning). The bedrooms by the balcony need blackout curtains along with one room had a 5 blanket on the bed not a real bed set. The bedroom and bathroom doors on the east side of the house would not close without being slammed. Outside issues: the house had 2 trash cans and upon arrival one can was already full so we had to stack up trash outside due to being told all trash has to be removed from the house. The balcony and stairs need several boards replaced and finally the yard portion between the fence and the water was trashed. Someone left their old cast net, beach chair, rope and random trash. The downstairs living room and outside area really needs additional lighting. Positives: The house layout was perfect for our family and the deep freezer saved us on trips to the store for ice.
