This modern and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home offers bedding and living space for up to six people. San De Luna 13 offers an open floor plan living level with comfortable seating consisting of a sofa and sitting chair and for the best in entertainment a 53" Smart TV. The dining area has seating for up to six as well as a breakfast bar seating for up to four. The kitchen has a Keurig and 10-cup coffee maker.
The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed furnished with luxurious bedding, a 43" Smart TV, and a wonderful on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally relaxing with a queen bed with nature themed bedding and 32" Smart TV. The modern kitchen is ideal for cooking offering appliances with stainless steel finishes and granite counter tops for an added modern touch. The town home amenities include covered parking, onsite grill, garden tub and complimentary high speed internet.

This is an excellent property! The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because of the master bedroom bed. It was terrible. It really needs to be replaced, you sink in a hole :(

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The location of this condo is perfect. It is across from the public and dog beaches. Love that this property allows us to bring our small dog. He loves the beach too. However, this particular unit is in need of some updating. It smelled musty, the rugs were stained which made it feel dirty, the fixtures and the furniture on the lower level were not attractive nor comfortable. It looked like left over mis- matched items were placed in the unit. It was also very dark. The TVs are old/not smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, etc. The internet/cable company had some issues the week were there, so we had no TV at all. (Kudos to Paradise Homes for making things right on this issue.) The upstairs of this unit was much better. However, the tub in the master bedroom was a little odd. While I was there to enjoy the beach, there is nothing better than coming back to the condo to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Unfortunately, this unit failed in that aspect. I dreaded going back although if I went upstairs, it wasn’t so bad. Many of the other units in this complex appear to be updated and we would stay in this complex again...just not in this unit (unless there were a few updates). I also loved that there was a pool at this complex. It was well maintained and very nice overlooking the Bay. We love Pensacola Beach, and while this unit was not what we had hoped for, it does not deter us from staying in another unit in the San De Luna complex.
