This is a great location. The beach is beautiful, the unit is very nice and gated. We brought our golden doodle (not many places to take a dog out and grass burrs are horrible and sharp - bring a pet comb). That said, a dog beach is right next door. We were there after school started, the beach was not crowded - the dog beaches were busier than the no dog beaches, but still not too crowded.) This condo is close to everything, very nice - we highly recommend it. That said, the FIRM memory foam mattresses were HARD! Who knew memory foam could be hard! We purchased blow-up mattresses at Walmart and placed on top of the very hard mattresses. I would recommend the owner to change those mattresses. Bring your own beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked, but we did buy a flat griddle for the stove and left it for others. The only issue with cleanliness was the vacuum was left out with the tank off - the floor could have had one more vacuum - it’s hard to get all sand up. Maybe quick wet swiffer would get what the vacuum couldn’t. We enjoyed our stay.
