About this house rental

Well-decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath on Maldonado Drive, just one block from the beach and Gulf.
Sleeps 11 with a king in master bedroom, a daybed and triple bunk beds in guest bedroom (great for kids), a queen in the 2nd guest bedroom, and a queen futon in the living room. Beautiful tile throughout, granite countertops in kitchen. Comfortable couches in living room. Kitchen has both Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers. The sidewalk leading directly to the beach is next to the house; it is a 1 minute walk, and the sidewalk makes hauling beach gear easy, especially with the included beach wagon.
At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, rinse off with an outdoor shower, have a cookout on the back deck, then enjoy entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the home. The house is very close to restaurants and boardwalk; it is just half a block to the free trolley or a 2 minute drive to the area. The first floor game room has a foosball table, Pop a Shot basketball game, and ping pong table. It even comes with a beach cart, a cooler and various beach toys. Plenty of parking with a double driveway. Gas grill.

This place is clean, convenient, close to everything at Pensacola beach. We have rented this house twice this year. Very peaceful, adult neighborhood. The sidewalk next to the pool takes you to the beach in less than a five minute walk.

After staying in hotels here the past 20 years, we worked our way up to renting a house. We have rented three different houses in Pensacola beach. This one was the best. All home rentals were clean and very nice but this one was the best. The thermostat worked perfectly, the pool was clean and refreshing. Location is perfect for us and the home was very nice, easy to live in. Beds and furniture were not all worn out like many rentals are. REALLY PLEASED WITH THIS HOME.

We were in town to see the Blue Angels. It was a great location to beach. We could see the show from pool and it was a quick walk to beach to see the rest! We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids really enjoyed all the activities down stairs.
