Impeccably maintained & stocked with all the perks. This home sits on a large lot located one house away from a public beach access which delivers you directly to the emerald waters & sugary white sand of the Gulf. Travel the opposite direction, approximately 75, feet and take advantage of the boardwalk access which makes carrying carts and rolling coolers a breeze.
The family area is accented by no hassle ceramic tile floors, granite counters, vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. There is a large flat-screen smart television as well as a stereo system for vacationers enjoyment. This cozy beach house provides meal seating for 6, with opportunity to pull in 3 other chairs, plus bar seating for 2 more. The outdoor space offers a small charcoal grill and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment if you've had all you can take of the beach for one day, and there's a Hot/Cold Shower to wash away the sand and suntan oils. Additionally, for those who want to watch the ocean waves or the sun-rise and set, try the upper deck with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Location is great. The host is responsive. It’s a dated house. The cleanliness unfortunately for the price and cleaning fee is pretty bad. There was a urine smell in the bedroom and bathroom in the back. The cushions on the chairs had a urine smell. Our feet were black moments after arriving. The sand is everywhere which is understandable it’s a beach house. Just unsure how it’s in beds that were supposedly just cleaned and made. The high chair that was available was so disturbingly covered in god knows what I didn’t touch it. The outside shower is sort of a hazard to get to and hard to operate especially with a baby in one arm. Plus all the old junk sitting under there is sketchy. The deck space was really nice to go up to and the beach being easy to access is a plus. It does the job if you are looking for a place to sleep at night at the beach for a few days.

The stay was great. The master bedroom was very warm despite the rest of the house being cool. There were a few things left behind from the previous guests and there was an unwanted critter guest, but that’s how it goes in Florida I am told. Was spacious and plenty for our family!

Very satisfied. It was a dated home with minir cosmetic issues but we knew that when booking. The living room did only have one couch as actual living room seating. There were addition patio style seats but we didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house so it wasn't a big deal for our small party.

The house was good for the people that stayed there. We just had major issues with the A/C unit and the frig dripped a bit. Other than that all was great
