This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house and you have the choice to add the next door suite .This property is located 2 miles west of the Navarre beach bridge and is directly on the Beach! THIS IS NOT A 4 bed/4 bath. We didn’t realize until after we paid & received the check-in information that the main level fourth bedroom suit is actually a separate unit for an additional cost & it was already unavailable.You will have to climb steep stairs to the 2nd floor main area. Wasn't ideal for our elderly mom, but in a rush search I missed these details that I feel were kinda hidden in the listing.Easy check-in process, but unexpected travel delays brought us in around 11 p.m. Bringing coolers/luggage up the stairs wasn’t ideal for these downstairs neighbors. We did our best to be as quiet as possible & apologized, but with a group of 11 it likely sounded louder than intended. On the main floor our own footsteps from the third floor were clearly audible as were the toddlers below, but as a family with kids ourselves, it didn’t bother us, so just be aware that sound travels easily. Once we got settled, we slept well and woke up to beautiful views!! The house itself was clean and had enough starter supplies. The grill was great! Tons of equipment from knives to a crock pot in the kitchen, although some of the dining room chairs did not seem super sturdy & we never found a pot holder.The views, deck and beach access were fabulous! We appreciated the chairs & crab hunting supplies to bring to the beach. Very thankful we didn't have to pack them. Bedrooms were spacious & all had a bath.Overall, it's a nice place, just be aware of the bedroom set up.

The house has major structural issues. The whole house shakes and the doors don't close properly.
