This is true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. This luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 14 guests and is equipped with amenities for a comfortable vacation. The property features a private elevator providing access from the large garage to two floors of living space. The Primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, and a game loft with a Tiki Bar. Enjoy stunning views of the white sands of the Gulf Coast.
The layout includes a deep ground-level private garage on the first floor and two floors of living space directly above. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area, a living area with access to a Gulf-front deck, a full bathroom, and one bedroom with access to a private balcony. The third floor includes the master bedroom with a loft featuring a Foosball table, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms with access to a shared balcony and a third full bathroom.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, granite kitchen countertops, blender, Foosball table, private elevator, bar with ice maker, Tiki bar, wet bar, wine cooler, private garage for 2 cars, one reserved parking spot outside, charcoal grill, nearby beach walkover, and a game loft over the master bedroom.
Just steps from the deck, you’ll reach the world-famous white sand beaches. Enjoy morning coffee while watching dolphins, play in the surf, relax at the water’s edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.
Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.
Pet friendly with a $200 per dog fee.
Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

We love this unit. Beautiful beach, beautiful view from balcony. There wasn’t a thing we needed. The host was incredible. She was available immediately when I needed her and went over and beyond to help us with several things. So happy with our stay! The only suggestion I would like to make is that the unit needs some GLASS plates, glasses, etc. They have a lot of plastic, little glass. We hate using dishwasher with plastic. Other than that, everything was spectacular. We will be back. Thank you!!!

Walk right out to the beach! The elevator was great for getting luggage up to the bedrooms. Fridge in garage was handy for beach beverages, I can't think of anything that was wrong with this place! You do have to pick up the keys at the office which is just a slight inconvenience, but staff was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Communication from host or Property Management should have been more timely, to warn me of the beach renovation project. I understand that this was out of their control, but as soon as they were made aware of the beach renovation project, I think they should have made me aware. I was made aware on 04/27 for my 05/01 stay. On 4/27 I started asking questions, on 4/30 Property Management offered me a full refund if I wanted to cancel. I thought I would be to rushed to find a new property in one day. The worst part about the renovation project was that work continued all night and the bulldozers and back up beepers prevented me from sleeping, so I attended my event very sleep deprived. The best part of the beach renovation was the shells on the beach. On the second day of our stay the project moved east down the beach and so we only had to look at the big black pipe. In the end the Property Management did offer me one free night, off season or with a 5 night stay.
