This is a true beachfront property at White Sands Townhouses on Pensacola Beach. This luxury end unit features windows along the east wall and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located on desirable Fort Pickens Road, this townhouse is equipped with amenities designed for a comfortable vacation, including a TV in every bedroom and a private elevator providing access from the large garage to two floors of living space, totaling approximately 2,300 square feet. The master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Just steps from the deck, you’ll reach the world-famous white sand beaches. Play cornhole or volleyball right outside the deck door, or enjoy an assortment of provided beach toys, floats, beach chairs, beach balls, and umbrellas. Inside, you’ll find a selection of games and puzzles. Sip morning coffee while watching dolphins, play in the surf, relax at the water’s edge, or grill while watching the sunset.
We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.
Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Third Floor Master Bedroom: 1 King
Third Floor Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Third Floor Bedroom 3: 2 Queens
Third Floor Hallway: Single-over-single bunk bed
Living Room: Sofa sleeper
Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

My family and I had a wonderful two week stay at our White Sands condo. The unit was clean and nicely furnished to accommodate our large group. We have been at White Sands for 30+ years and plan to continue this family tradition in the future.

White sands is a great location. The unit itself needs some TLC. Very dirty on arrival. Cleaning crew came and cleaned cabinet fronts that were very dirty. Unit needs some attention and touching up. Office staff was very quick to resolve other minor issues.
