About this house rental
Luxury four-bedroom, pet friendly home situated on a canal in Sailmaker Cove and overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound!
High end appliances in the kitchen, along with granite counter tops and other incredible amenities. Master bedroom has a king bed, 1st guest bedroom also has a king, guest bedroom 2 has a queen, and 4th guest bedroom has one twin and one full. In addition there are four bunk beds in the hallway upstairs - the kids will love it!
At the end of a sun-soaked day on Navarre Beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the house. Step out onto the decks from the living room and soak in the amazing views of the water. Almost every bedroom offers a private deck too! The house is pet friendly too, so bring your four-legged family member with you. It also offers paddleboards and even an EV charger in the garage! This gated community offers a pool that is located just steps from the home. You don't want to miss out on this one-of-a-kind luxury home on Navarre Beach!
No boats or trailers allowed to be parked in the driveway. Passenger vehicles only per HOA rules and regulations.

This was our second time to stay at this beautiful beach home. It was perfect for our family of nine with plenty of balconies and areas for privacy and beautiful open spaces on the main floor to have family meals and play games. It feels so bright and cheery with gorgeous views out of each window.We're looking forward to coming again next year!

This is the second year our family of 13 has stayed at this beach house. We like the neighborhood, quick access to the beach, and the location overlooking the bay. The only thing we had to adjust to is the lack of ice from the ice maker but we remembered that from last year’s stay. We’ll be back!

The experience overall was good. The home had a few issues that needed repair or maintenance but nothing major. It is a wonderful home with an excellent location. But needs repairs. list of repairs: garage door rear of home did not work reported into the rental company their statement was yea its always broken or off track. Ice machine was broken constantly cleaning water off of counter. Managment brought secondary unit out and left by the door instead fixing the problem. the master bath jet tub does not work, All the bike had flats and chain off one of the adult bikes. One kayak has a large hole in it, we spent a good part of one morning with the propane delver driver to install propane in the unit and test out the fireplace. Overall, we probably would stay again but definitely look at other options.
