The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the beach and the sound, and the dock was perfect for fishing — a huge hit for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, which made the whole trip feel relaxing.The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. We were also impressed by how well‐stocked the home was. I’ve never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so fully supplied — every utensil, pan, and gadget we needed was already there. The extra linens were appreciated, and the kids were thrilled to find pool floats and beach toys waiting for them. We even added a few beach balls and pool noodles to pay it forward.The pool and multiple decks were great gathering spots, and the kids didn’t mind the unheated pool at all. The adults would have enjoyed a heated option, but it didn’t take away from the experience.A couple of small notes for future guests: the coffee maker requires you to hold the pot up slightly for it to drip properly, and while the ice maker produces ice, it doesn’t dispense. Also, the walk to the beach includes a steep step down, which could be challenging for anyone with knee issues.Overall, this was a comfortable, well‐equipped home in a great spot. We’d happily stay again.

Neighborhood is quiet. Short walk to the dog beach and to Peg Leg Pete’s. Excellent communication from the property management before checking in and speedy check in process.

Neighbors on the South side were not friendly and told the kids to shut up. But other than that we had a wonderful time and a very nice place to stay.

Home location is great. Kitchen well equipped. Wi-Fi was great as this was a working vacation. But, there were many disappointments and would not return to this property: pool fencing was falling down, loose brick around pool, roaches inside the house, not very clean, additional items needing replacement/updating (stove light, blinds). Property manager willing to rectify quickly but not convenient during your stay. These things should be done before I arrive.
