About this house rental
WATER ABOUNDS: Located directly on Lafitte Cove, a protected waterway, this fun and relaxing home has a private boat slip and private pool. The beautiful emerald waters and white sand of Pensacola Beach are less than a two-minute walk to the south of the home; and the calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound are just steps to the north.
The master bedroom has one king bed, private bath, and private deck facing Lafitte Cove. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with views of Santa Rosa Sound. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds, ideally suited for children and teens. A sleeper couch is in living area; and off the living area, the large covered deck overlooks the pool and Lafitte Cove. Brand new flooring throughout! Updated pictures coming soon.
The home welcomes friendly canine family members under 30 pounds with pet fee. Whether a beach-goer, sunbather, boater, diver, or kayaker you will find your stay exciting, enjoyable and relaxing.

Property was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and the toiletries were a great extra. Very comfy beds and pillows. Neighborhood is quiet. Short walk to the dog beach and to Peg Leg Pete’s. Excellent communication from the property management before checking in and speedy check in process.

Very pretty home and a great location. Watch out for the wasp nest on the stairs going up to the front door. Neighbors on the South side were not friendly and told the kids to shut up. But other than that we had a wonderful time and a very nice place to stay.

We have been to Florida lots of times over the years. This year was our first time to not be beach front. While I wasn't sure if we would like not being ON the beach, the location was perfect. The walk to the beach access was not far at all. The pool is a huge plus, and looking out back at the canal was great. The house itself was older than houses we normally stay in, and it could use some updating, but I would stay there again. Kids rented bikes and would go to town daily. Being close to everything was great. We had a great time.

Home location is great. Kitchen well equipped. Wi-Fi was great as this was a working vacation. But, there were many disappointments and would not return to this property: pool fencing was falling down, loose brick around pool, roaches inside the house, not very clean, additional items needing replacement/updating (stove light, blinds). Property manager willing to rectify quickly but not convenient during your stay. These things should be done before I arrive.
