Newly furnished and revamped for the 2025 season. This condominium is a gated community with a huge pool and hot tub, a fitness center, meeting rooms, an enclosed storage unit, and assigned parking spot. Located next to Peg Leg Pete's and the Tom Thumb convenient store, you will never have to go far for food or supplies. There is also a trolley stop located right in front of the complex.Being built in 2006, Emerald Dolphin is one of the newest buildings located on the beach. The condition and attention to maintenance is nearly unmatched at any other condo on the beach. This open and spacious condo offers jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room and the 312 sqft balcony leaves plenty of room for outdoor enjoyment of our beautiful sunsets. With Granite counter tops and tile floors throughout the unit All of the furniture is clean! With dual master bedroom. The Queen and Full bunk room has an attached bathroom with dual vanities, jetted tub, and huge walk in shower. There is plenty of room for storage with large bedroom closets .The gated access provides privacy and security and the covered parking garage protects you and your vehicle from the elements. There is also a storage yard for recreational vehicles and small boats.

Great condo with beautiful beach views from both bedrooms. A bit short on small kitchen items like tea towels, sponge, trash can liners and salt and pepper.

This condo was perfect for our family of 8! We have 6 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was beautiful and very clean! The view was AMAZING. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning while drinking our coffee. The kids loved the pool at night time after a long day on the beach. The beach is just a short walk across the street. This condo was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

We’ve always loved the location and view from this property — it’s truly one of our favorites. However, there were a few issues during this stay that we feel are worth mentioning.The top plugs on all the electrical outlets in both bedrooms didn’t work, which made charging devices a bit frustrating. The curtains in both bedrooms are way too long and couldn’t be fully opened due to how they’re installed — which unfortunately blocked part of the stunning view.In one bathroom, we were provided with only a single new roll of toilet paper and a partially used one, which felt a bit unprepared. The shower in the room with the bunk beds had visible mold along the bottom edge. Also, there were two large furniture boxes stored inside the closet in that same room, making it unusable.We were also given the wrong code for the entry gate. Despite reaching out to the owner, we didn’t get a response for nearly five hours. After over an hour and a half trying to enter, another guest kindly shared the correct code with us.Finally, the king-size bed was unusually high. My parents found it nearly impossible to get into without assistance, and even I had trouble without putting in extra effort.Overall, we still love the area, but we hope to see these issues addressed for a better experience in the future.
