The unique floor plan places bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends of the house for added privacy—no carpeting anywhere! Two king-sized bedrooms, including one with a brand-new ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and double sinks, are on one side, along with a double twin bedroom and a second full bathroom. On the other side, you'll find another king-sized bedroom and a double twin bedroom, along with an additional full bath.
All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs, and the home is WiFi-equipped for your convenience.

We really enjoyed this beach house. Easy walk to the beach. The living room and back deck views of the Gulf were amazing. Nice size kitchen. Not close to a condo or hotel which means the beach didn’t have a lot of people. Our stay was the last week in August.

This is our second year renting the "Beach House" and it feels like coming home. It is the perfect location to enjoy soaking up the sun and seeing the Jester Parade. It is well equipped in the kitchen for our chefs, and anything you need for a vacation. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us plus visitors.The rental staff is so polite and professional and always answers the phone to take care of any issues you might have. We have already decided to rent again for next years parade.

The property was as described in the listing but check in was at 4 and we were not allowed to get checked in to condo until well after 4. Which was disappointing since we had driven 12 hours to get there. They blamed it on cleaning the property but we walked into our room and there was a smell and there was still dried vomit on the pillows….. along with hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Not very clean in our opinion. There was several other small things that we were some what disappointed in but it was a condo at the beach so we just made the best of it. We have been to Navarre twice now and have stayed in numerous condos in Florida. Unfortunately- This did happen to be the bottom of the list stay wise.
