Nice for a multi generational family group. Very convenient location. Short walk to the pier and three restaurants. Close to beach access and very short walk to a sandy beach on the canal.

Beautiful home in Navarre!! Check in had a couple of hiccups but was quickly taken care of. Close to the beach and pool and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Pensacola Beach Properties was excellent to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. Our plans changed a month before arrival and we needed to leave a day early. VRBO would not refund the day but Pensacola Beach Properties got us our refund which was very nice. Property was as described. Only issue for older non techies was navigating the television. Basic cable tv would have been much easier. Everything else was very nice. Would use Pensacola Beach Properties again.

The location was great. Easy access to the bay and beach was fantastic. It easily slept our party of 10.
The sofa was old and stained and the kitchen and bathrooms weren’t fully clean. Kitchen cookware/bowls/items were not in great shape. We planned to use the grill, but the entire inside of it was rusted out. We bought a grill and left it there.
The downstairs fridge was broken and had mildew. The property manager offered to have the fridge repaired while we were there, but we ended up only needing the upstairs fridge.
We arrived on Sunday and trash was not picked up before we got there (bins were totally full). We spent Sunday-Friday there and had no place to put our garbage. We reported it to the property manager repeatedly, but didn’t end up having trash picked up until the morning that we left.
