First Floor: There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor. Master bedroom suite with Queen bed and adjoining private full bath. Guest bedroom #1 with Queen bed, Guest bedroom #2 with Queen bed facing the Gulf. Shared full bathroom with tub/shower. Guest bedroom #3 with Queen and Single bed. Guest bedroom #4 with Queen bed facing the Gulf. Shared full bathroom with tub/shower.
Second Floor: Large family room with TV and games, includes a daybed with pull out trundle bed. Guest bedroom #5 with Queen and Single bed, shared full bathroom off of hallway.

This was the perfect home for our big family. We even had room to spare. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of towels lots of beach toys and chairs, puzzles and games. Two refrigerators! We hope to book it again. Also it’s the perfect place on the island if you’re ok with walking across the street to the beach. It has beach access right across.

Mainsail was a great property to stay at for our spring break family trip. The location was wonderful and right across the street to public access. The beach was never overly crowded and the outdoor shower was so helpful. The rooms were good sized and even were pretty sound proof. The elevator was so wonderful for our older family members who struggle with stairs. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals for the group. The second fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The beach towels and chairs were very helpful and in good shape. We would absolutely love to come spend our next spring break at Mainsail!
