About this house rental
This 4.5 bedroom 3 bath townhome with garage is in the gated, low density complex of Regency Cabanas.
Ground level includes a private three car garage equipped with a ping pong table, beach and pool toys, lounge chairs, and umbrellas and cart.
Bright and inviting, the living, dining and kitchen look out over one of two pools. The living room has a 65" smart TV and DVD/Blue-ray player with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. Cable and wireless internet are included. Just off the living room is a covered balcony with table and chairs and gas grill.
This is our home away from home, so the kitchen is well equipped with all the conveniences you would expect. Ample dishes and cookware, blender, crockpot, Kuerig, and coffee pot included. A large laundry room with washer and dryer makes keeping up with wet suits and towels a little easier. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, we only ask that you bring beach towels.
All the beds are new cool gel memory foam mattresses, so don't worry about lumpy cheap mattresses here!
Bedrooms are as follows:
Downstairs Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, with attached bath
Upstairs Primary bedroom has king and a daybed with trundle, with attached bath
Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a king and daybed, with attached hall access bath
Upstairs Bedroom 3 has two bunkbeds and a trundle for a total of 5 twins,
Upstairs Mini Bunkroom * New addition, custom built in bunk bed with tv and door for privacy*
All bedrooms have Smart TV's.
No high rise crowds to infringe on your relaxation and privacy. Your time here will be filled with beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and warm waters.
The beach is just a quick 2 minute walk from the front door. Just across the parking area is the beach access, so you are just steps from the Gulf.
This townhome is located on the quiet residential end, so you won't have to fight the crowds on the beach. The trolley also stops just outside the complex, so during the summer, you can park the car and ride to the Boardwalk, shopping or dining areas.
The island boasts many excellent restaurants from rustic oyster bars to open air cafes, many with playgrounds for the kids.
Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time after 4:00 p.m. and a check out time of 10:00 a.m. This unit is available year round.
This is a NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO HOUSE PARTY unit. We are serious about maintaining a fun, family friendly atmosphere, as many units are occupied year round. RENTAL AGE MINIMUM IS 25. A minimum deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Completed rental agreement and photo ID required to complete reservation. All guests must be listed on rental agreement, no additional "day" guests are allowed. This home contains exterior cameras for the safety and security of you and the property.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this rental. We booked a bit last minute because our original plan fell through, and the host was so accommodating and quick to answer every question we had. This place has plenty of comfy beds for a large crew, a beautiful main bedroom and bath, and lots of outdoor space. Very short walk to the beach & pools. We already want to come back!

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and trolley. Access to the pool on a red flag day. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. There noticed mold on shower head and ceiling, also some places could have been cleaned better but overall a very nice property.

The townhome was wonderful! Exactly as described and equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, grill, make dessert, and make pins coladas! The beach chairs, floats, umbrella and other beach equipment made the stay even better! Christina was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any request we had. We will be back in 2026!
