PET FRIENDLY! San De Luna #27 is just perfect for families and boaters, offering the calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound and private sound front beach as a backdrop. The 2-bedroom/2.5-bath townhome sleeps six, with a king bed in the master and a full bed and twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Master bath has a walk-in shower, guest bath has shower/tub combo. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops,12 cup coffee maker and Keurig .
At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every room. Owner has thoughtfully provided a charcoal grill, 2 paddle boards, two Huffy beach bikes (one boy's, one girl's, beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart in the locked storage area below. Town home has covered parking for two cars, end-to-end. San De Luna offers tennis courts, a (heated) pool, hot tub, and grill area. Complimentary WiFi.
*Pet owners must keep dogs on a leash at all times and must clean up their dogs' waste at all times. Barking dogs should not be left outside on the back deck. If these rules are violated and it is brought to the management company's attention, the guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

It was a wonderful stay with a priceless view each night for sunset. I loved the space and the open concept kitchen living room area. If I was cooking in the kitchen I was still able to see the bay which made me feel like I was able to be near the water all week. I loved being able to go to the bay or the beach depending on what I wanted to do. It was perfect!!

Easy check in and out. Pretty location between Gulf and Bay. Rental unit in need of a really good dusting, pictures, light fixtures, etc. The beds in the 2nd room need some attention, The full size headboard is loose and squeeks everytime someone moves. To remedy that we put a blanket behind the headboard otherwise we would have gotten no sleep. The bottom bunkbed mattress is also very squeaky. Stairs a bit in need of a good cleaning too. I probably would not select to stay here again although it was a nice location. Just felt it was a bit dirty not to mention the taped-up widow in master bedroom. Did not realize this unit was under construction at time of booking.
