Great location. Property is dated and in need of upgraded WiFi, washer/dryer unit as well new rugs. There is a lingering musty smell and dryer when used makes an unsettling, loud noise.

Good as usual. There were a couple of small things that could use some help. On was the dryer noise when you first start it and the other was trying to use the stove, the numbers around the dials have worn off hard to figure out how to operate. I would suggest supply a semantics for the dials.
