About this house rental
Quiet and peaceful, with easy access to all the beach can offer. This townhouse is the ideal place to stay. Put your feet up and lounge in the patio chairs as you watch the boats go by from your private deck. Walk down the steps right to the outdoor shower, pool or tennis. Roomy table inside that can seat up to 8, plus deck table with with Polywood furniture for outdoor dining.
Beachy and classy, the space has everything needed for an easy, fun vacation. Just steps to the famous Fort Pickens, at the beautiful and protected end of Pensacola Beach, yet with quick easy access to any shops, restaurants and nightlife. Walk, bike, drive or during season - take the free trolley anywhere you want to go on the beach!
Two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full bathrooms. One has a queen-sized bed, a full length and a vanity mirror, a dresser, two night Stands, a comfy chair and built-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a shower and tub with sliding doors. The other bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be joined to make a king. There is also a full length mirror, a tall chest of drawers, two night stands and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Downstairs is a well-stocked kitchen - all new stainless steel, high-end appliances - a double oven, large counter-depth refrigerator and super quiet dishwasher. Granite counter tops, with an eat-on bar and stools, garbage disposal, a wide assortment of gadgets (toaster oven, coffee maker, Cuisinart, blender, juicer, etc.), dimmer lighting and much more. Large dining table seats up to 8. Living room has a super comfortable couch that pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa, multiple chairs and a large flatscreen TV. There is a half bath on the main floor for convenience and a full-sized brand new front load washer and dryer.
The townhouse comes with various games and also equipment (including umbrellas, beach chairs, mask and snorkel) for use in the pool or at the beach. Enjoy!

This property is great! We enjoyed our stay, so much and are already thinking about another trip in the future. The condo is in a great location. We walked across to the beach every day, took a walk along the bay, plus enjoyed time in the pool. The deck has beautiful views of the bay and pool. The shower was nice to wash off before going inside for the day. The owners provide lots of beach toys and extras for families. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook an easy breakfast or a big meal for family. We loved having multiple bathrooms and the half bathroom downstairs. Our granddaughter had lots of fun playing the games provided. Sascha was helpful and available to get back with us with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

We love the location. Nice and family oriented. The owner responded to all questions quickly. The walls are nicely painted, The condo is somewhat dated, as far as furniture and decor goes. I also feel that the master bedroom would be much more comfortable with a queen bed and the twin beds moved into the smaller room. Additionally, I would eliminate many of the items from the kitchen, especially to make allowance for the guests groceries. Very nice hosts and I wish them success in their business venture.
