The large, comfortable living room boasts a leather sleeper sofa and lounge chair will make you feel right at home. The 55 flat screen HD television is above the electric log fireplace is idea to enjoy the big game or sip a glass of wine in the evening The dining room shares this space with oversized leather chairs for your comfort and additional bar top seating.
The master bedroom has a king-size Tempurpedic, medium comfort mattress, flat screen TV and DVD player with cable, and its own balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the Pensacola Bay. The master bathroom highlights a walk-in shower with a room heater. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV with cable and the second bath also has a room heater. The condo will comfortably sleep 6 guests.
A 186 sq. ft covered balcony extends just off of the living room and a sunroom has oversized unobstructed bay windows providing amazing views of the pool, Pensacola Bay, occasional dolphins, and possibly an opportunity to watch the Blue Angels fly overhead. The kitchen is well-stocked with all standard equipment including coffee makers (one with delay timer), blenders, two-slice toasters, hand mixer, air popcorn maker, tea pot, wine chiller and all the cooking and baking accessories you could want.

We had the most enjoyable stay. This is probably by far the best VRBO we've ever rented. It was in a perfect location, not over crowded. It was a quiet complex. The co do was so clean. Covered parking, we were able to leave all our beach stuff in parking area instead of having to load it back up each day. The view was fantastic. We actually preferred it to the oacean side because we were right there at condo & could just run right up for lunch & all instead of having to take it down. We are already talking with family about renting several in same complex next year. No complaints about anything. Someone from management company even greated us within a few minutes of arrival. We will definitely be back!!

First when we arrived, we were greeted by the property manager. Which was very important to us. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, roomie, and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The view of the bay and pool was beautiful. To go to the beach was not a bad walk. It did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning.

The Condo was very nice,great location for the pool. The beach was across the road very short walk. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants just 5 to 10 minutes away. I will definitely back!
