About this house rental
San De Luna #15 is a welcoming townhome nestled between the calm Santa Rosa Sound and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. BRAND NEW beautiful pool and hotub as of March 2026. Condo is steps to sugar-white sand, it offers a stocked kitchen, dining for 6+, and a living area with sleeper sofa.
The main floor has everything you need for comfortable family time together. The living room features a leather sofa, loveseat, and chair, along with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The dining table seats 6–7, and there are a few more seats at the bar. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level. The kitchen is stocked so you can easily cook before hitting the beach or gather for family dinners. Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony overlooking the Sound and tennis court. Out front, two tall chairs face the Gulf, giving you another peaceful place to sit and relax. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath with a standalone shower, and lovely views of the Sound. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Amenities include tennis courts and a grilling area for easy cookouts and a closet below with beach chairs and other items for your convenience. Covered parking and free WiFi make your stay even more convenient.
When you’re ready to explore, local dining, shopping, and attractions are only a few minutes away and in the summer a Trolley stop is located across the street.

First of all, Laura's condo was immaculate/clean!! Laura communicated right out of the gate all the way through to us arriving back home. It is such a cozy spot to relax and close to everything in Pensacola Beach. The pool was crystal clear, warm with plenty of chairs in and out of the water. Laura has a SUP board available for paddling on the bay as well as a bicycle. It is so convenient to walk from the condo to the pool, to the bay and across the street to the Gulf. Laura has beach towels and plenty of bathroom towels. Kitchen is stocked, you just need to bring beer and groceries. There are plenty of assorted card games to have a family gaming night. The portable washer and dryer were perfect in keeping clothes and towels clean and dry. (very quick dryer) Our favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's is right down the street. *make a reservation way ahead of time)" This condo is close to Ft Pickens at the end of the strip. Perfect p[lace to tour for a couple of hours on an overcast or rainy morning. There is a tennis court but also has drawn lines for pickleball. This is one of the last complexes at the end of Santa Rosa Island and is not crowded at all. This was the perfect place for our family of 5. I suppose you could add a 6th as they could sleep on the couch. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 4 day vacation.... and Laura is the BEST

A hidden gem that includes the best of 3 worlds: Situated on a private beach on the calm waters of the bay, pristine beach on the Gulf, and a brand new pool on the property. No need to drive anywhere, it’s all here. My family had a blast at this property for our spring break. Well stocked and comfortable, communication was fast and accommodating. We will be back again!
