Welcome to Palm Beach Club 235, the perfect place to relax! This property is sure to please with the Gulf of Mexico right across the street! This spacious condo has it all, with 3 large bedrooms each of which having its own En Suite Bathroom. On the main level you will find the large Living Room, Dining area with a wet bar and mini frig and a fully equipped Galley Kitchen perfect for preparing meals! On the lower level you will find the Master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed and a Guest bedroom with a Queen size bed. In the Loft, you will find the second Guest bedroom with a Queen size bed. Spend the day on the sugary-white sands, soaking up the sun or playing in the waves! After a fun day on the beach, come back to your own place and relax on the balcony watching the sunset while making plans to return to Palm Beach Club 235!

Snowbird Season runs November through February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternative date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
Palm Beach Club is a gated community at the very end of the beach adjacent to the National Seashore and the county recreational area. The complex is located directly on Santa Rosa Sound with its own private white sand beach and “no wake” area that offers a perfect spot to anchor your boat during your stay and keep the little ones out of the rough surf. Boasting only 84 luxury condos in four three-story buildings located directly on the Sound of Pensacola Bay with views of the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll enjoy the convenient elevator, designated private, covered parking of 2 cars per unit and then open parking for guests or additional vehicles. Great place. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful. Kitchen was tiny so only one person in it at a time if you cook. We didn’t so not a problem. Online it said the building was pink. They must have recently painted it and not updated online because it was not even close to pink. We loved it and would stay here again.

Loved this place. It was very spacious, with great views of the ocean. It was very well maintained and clean. They were in the process of painting one of the adjacent buildings and the workers were very respectful of our privacy. There was an issue with the tub/shower in the master bathroom. It leaks around the door really bad. We noticed this on a review and thought it should have been addressed by now. So, if you stay here watch your step getting out it could be slick with the water on the floor. The check out time is 10am and the cleaning person was outside the door at 8:45am waiting for us to leave, and even asked if we were done while we were packing up. I would have liked to not feel so rushed, we were out by 10 and all was fine... but by all means this is not a deal breaker. Overall, this is one of the best places we have stayed in the Pensacola area.....Loved it !!!

Property renovations were being conducted and we weren't notified or informed when we booked. Beach view was blocked by scaffolds and couldn't use balcony. Painting and sanding exterior of buildings. Observed workers wiping overspray and dust off of vehicles. Had to rinse off our vehicle everyday. Elevators weren't accessible while workers were present. Construction was being performed all day and went to get a shower and worker was looking right into our bathroom. Shower head leaked so water puddled up at shower door.(Tub/Shower combo.) Had to constantly use a squeegee to move water away from shower door to keep it from going on to floor. Wife slipped from water puddling up getting out of shower and cut her knee pretty bad. Needed stitches. Property will be nice when renovations are complete. Would have been nice to know all details when booking.
