Enjoy a relaxing beach getaway in this beautifully decorated Gulf-view, four-bedroom, three-bath corner condo—perfect for families or groups of up to eight guests.
Inside, you’ll find a calming beach-inspired design with elegant finishes throughout. The condo features travertine flooring and lots of open space providing plenty of room for your group or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, modern appliances, and both a Keurig and a 10-cup coffee maker—ideal for easy mornings before heading out to the beach.
Unwind in the spacious living room or sunroom, both offer access to a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. In addition to the living room balcony, the master bedroom also features its own gulf-view private balcony, creating the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise or sunset over the water.
After a day in the sun, relax indoors with flat-screen TVs throughout the condo and complimentary WiFi. The living room provides a theatre-like experience with a 100” TV. With 5 Smart TVs you can bring your own streaming device and conveniently connect via HDMI/USB or simply log in to your favorite streaming app on the TVs. For added convenience, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Located at Palm Beach Club, the property offers Gulf access with an easy walkover just steps away. Along with spectacular beaches there is also a sound-front pool (heated March through November) and a calmer beach area behind the property — perfect for families with small children. You’ll also be right next to the entrance of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, where you can enjoy peaceful walks along miles of untouched shoreline. A snorkeling park is located just behind the property in Santa Rosa Sound for even more outdoor fun.
Elevators are available on the property, so there’s no need to carry luggage or groceries upstairs. There is covered parking for 2 vehicles.
Please note: The interior of the condo has short staircases leading up to the living area, down to the master and second bedroom, and another set leading up to the third and fourth bedrooms.
A two-night minimum stay applies during spring, fall, and winter.

We stay at this place every year because of its spaciousness and it is always clean!!! The fact that you can walk to the beach side or sound side in just a few minutes is awesome! The only fact that someone needs to know is if you have bad knees and can’t do many stairs, this is not a place for you. There are no restrooms on the main floor.

Rental was very clean and was well stocked with kitchen items. I would recommend keyless entry instead of having to pick up keys. Views from balcony were great and very nice to have gulf and bay access.

I was not happy that we had to go to office for keys then when we got to condo the keys didn’t work had to wait for someone to bring key. The pool keys never worked we were lucky that people let us in. Also the keys were hard to use. It needs a deep deep cleaning. The kitchen needs wash cloths and towels a sponge and 2 towels not enough. We also could not find any extra sheets. The description of the condo should state there are stairs and you have to go up or down for bedrooms and bathrooms. We weren’t thrilled when we got there and carried all the luggage up the stairs to then find out there is an elevator which did not have a sign! We had a nice vacation but I don’t think we would rent this condo again.
