We had a lovely stay at this location. The listing was accurate, and the property management company was very responsive. Parking in the garage was not possible for us due to the height of our vehicle (plus we had a cargo box on top) but there was also a parking space outside the garage for us. This unit was very close to the pool but we did not use that amenity since the gulf was right there! I would recommend this location and I hope to return soon.

We booked this unit for a weeklong stay. We loved that it was right next to the pool and the walkway to the beach. The balconies were a favorite place to hang out. The trolley stop was very convenient for getting down to the boardwalk area.
We received notice the day before we checked in that the stovetop was not working correctly. We checked in on a Sunday and on Monday morning maintenance was out to fix it.
The only improvements we would suggest would be to add a knife sharpener (the knives were dangerously dull) and a sheet pan or two to the kitchen. We cook most of our meals while on vacation and made due with what was there. Also, the end signal on the dryer is obnoxiously loud and long with no way to change it; it became something to laugh about, but we did need to make sure not to run laundry too late in the evening. Overall, these are minor things and we would definitely recommend this rental.

We chose this property because it was right on the beach. The views were not that great because the condo is on the 2nd floor, you can’t see the beach because of the hill that is blocking. The rooms were clean and the check in and out process was a breeze. The location was okay, wasn’t far from the Pensacola Boardwalk.
