The beach was awesome! The location of the unit was perfect (the view would have been better one floor up - but that would mean more stairs).The only negative things are: I wish there would have been more bath towels, and there were no dish rags at all (I had to purchase some and I left one there).

The host was very responsive. The condo is a little outdated and could probably use a good deep cleaning. It was still very comfortable and the price was right. It is also beachfront and the location can't really be beat.

We were overall disappointed with our stay. We normally stay in the Destin area, and this was our first stay in Pensacola. It will likely be our last…
The check in process was very outdated (necessity of picking up keys from rental office / two keys to keep up with during our trip/ had to return keys to office several miles away before check out/ leaving). The cleaner had not her called our room ready at the check in time. We went to the property, and she had “cleaned” but had not truly cleaned out unit. The tables, floors, countertops, etc were all dirty. There was food all underneath the sofas.. food stuck to the actual furniture.. it was gross. There were dead bugs in the kitchen drawers. Utensils and plates had dried food on them. Mold on the shower curtain. We called and new cleaners came back while we were trying to unload. They were very kind, but they still could not do the deep clean that was needed(hours of work needed to really clean). The property had ongoing maintenance the entire time.. painting, etc. sometimes they would be on a platform right outside my bedroom early in the morning.
Positives- the location was relatively quiet, the beach access was easy, the pool was clean.
We will not stay again.
