About this apartment rental
This unit features a large updated kitchen with all the amenities of a home. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo has enough room for the whole family. It has a king master suit, double beds in the second bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Outdoor entertainment areas include open covered patio below the unit, a second story balcony with seating and a private balcony right off the bedrooms. Enjoy the Boardwalks very own private beach on the calm waters of the sound. The Gulf of Mexico is steps away.

This is a spacious condominium. We were 8 people and every room never felt crowded. The location was excellent for us, less than 5 minutes to walk across the street to the gulf. The real plus was the private beach on the bay side. This was a 1 minute walk. The beach is large, the water calm and clear. Perfect for the children. There is a nice pier in excellent condition. The swimming pool is next to the private beach and it has a covered area with two restrooms and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. This was not our first trip to Pensacola Beach, but it was our first to this condominium. We wii make every effort to stay at this same condominium again.

Property is conveniently located between the calm beach of the bay and waves of the Gulf. The place was clean and has everything we needed for the beaches and fishing.

Not sure about the HOST. I had an issue with a VRBO customer service representative. I had an issue with the condition of the Condo. I could not make him understand what I was trying to tell him.
