The place great, the apartment is good but the host was not properly helpful.

The location is very good. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable for 4 people. The beach is close and there are many restaurants and supermarkets.

Main problem: there is no English speaking person who should properly help us. Always had communication problems. There is one parking place in front of the apartment but that was occupied when we arrived. No place to stop by car for cheking time. We have met a lady at cheking who was kind but did not speak English, and we never saw Matteo alleged landlord. We have get the wifi code 1 day later, after calling 2-3 times, we have get the garbage bulletin 2 days later. There was a day when we had no hot water. At that time we had called the phone number 2 times, a guy called back us finally who helped restart the system an hour later (Maybe he was Matteo) There are noices from the upper apartments. We wanted to go home earlier than what we set in booking.com, but we have could not reach nobody again.

Quite and clean ground floor apartment

A small apartment with almost everything you'll need. Beach is in walking distance maybe 50-100m. Parking included (5min away from the apartment) Apartment was very clean!

Was not easy to find a parking and the house entrance when we arrived. AC was not running at arrival because it was switched off and it was set up wrong (heating mode instead of cooling). Shower: Water pressure is quite low and the water temperature is not easy to adjust... it's either very hot or cold.

Great place for holidays, the apt is clean and comfortable (we were there with 2 little kids), 2 minutes on foot to the nearest beach with restaurants, shops etc. Check-in procedures were smooth despite the fact that we were extremely late because of the terrible traffic jam close to Savona. Highly recommended!

Standnah, voll ausgestattet und bequem

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern in der Ferienwohnung Alassio Trilocale. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt. Genug Platz, bequeme Betten für alle. Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Zugang und nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, insgesamt alles was man braucht.

Ottimo appartamento vicino al mare

Appartamento probabilmente ristrutturato da poco,con tutto il necessario, lenzuola, asciugamani che normalmente non ci sono,era vicino alla spiaggia, appartamento credo perfetto per un gruppo visto che ci sono 7 posti letti più un divano,ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista..

Soggiorno ad Alassio

Molto comodo che sia al piano terra (viaggiando con 3 bambini piccoli è essenziale). Molto vicino al mare e al centro storico di Alassio. La stanza dove hanno alloggiato i bambini era molto grande.
