Very clean sea...all the restaurants are nearby...no alcohol after 19.00

No parking places .You need to pay for ⛱. The place are at 3 floor, not the greatest place for old people or the young children 🤔

Quite a nice place near the sea, no negative nor positive big suprises compared to the description

The hosts did not speak really any english (or any other language than italian for that matter). I think that in tourism business, renting apartments, where many of the clients do not speak italian, they should speak at least some english, or some other languages. We offered them 5 different european language option, but nothing.

Excellent apartment in a great location.

A very spacious and well equipped apartment in an excellent sea front location. Very near to public beach areas, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, Easy and well organised check-in and check-out procedures. Nice to have view of the sea too.

Car parking was a little bit of a challenge, but that is only to be expected in a such a location. It was a bit of a climb up to the apartment.

Apartment with potential to be exploited

The location is outstanding with a wonderful view to the sea. The staff was incredibly friendly and fast to respond to any of our requirements. They have us WiFi for free.

The apartment has been furnished with no style. The televisions are very old and useless, the sofas old and worn out. Bed mattresses are worn out With old and dirty duvet. The apartment was dusty and dirty when we arrived. May be we were unlucky but in some days a terrible smell was coming out the toilets. It’s a nice apartment could be easily improved. We went in December and I assume some of the winter stuff is not used

Le tre rampe di scale ma quando si entra nell'appartamento la visuale che si trova ripaga dalla fatica

Struttura con vista mare, a due passi da tutto! La finestra sul mare è eccezionale! Appartamento molto luminoso e spazioso.

Mancavano gli adattatori per il phon e la lavatrice! Poteva essere un po’ più pulito (ragnatele, stoviglie, copriletti)
