A beautiful, modern apartment, with the only downside of being beside the train track.

Great sized apartment, really well appointed with a washing machine, a beautiful balcony and only two roads back from the beachfront. Delighted with the service. Make sure to ask for a Wi-Fi box if not already in situ.

Bring earplugs or drink excessively every night. The 4am train whizzing past your window will seem like a dream if you follow this advice.

Good overall and convenient.

The location was great, not too far from the train station (20 min walk), and a 2 minute walk from the beach. The room was spacious, the AC was great, the kitchenette was well stocked. The pull out sofa bed was actually more comfortable than the regular mattress, good pillows. Drying rack outside for wet clothes, hangers, blow dryer, kitchen utensils, plates, soap, and more all provided.

The room was clean, but could have been cleaner. On day 1+ we had ants from a few spots that weren't cleaned well on arrival. The sink and the shower were both clogged, so everything took a long time to drain and then left a gross residue. The bathroom smelled like urine. The check in/ check out times were really inconvenient and the office times on the website didn't match the times that we could actually find staff in the office.

Fantastic apartment

Very new, clean and the staff/owners were extremely helpful. They switched us apartments when we complained about the noise from the train and when the airconditioning wasn’t working properly it was fixed the next day.

3 giorni meravigliosi con un tempo primaverile a novembre..

Era la prima volta che andavo ad Alassio e ho trovato tutto stupendo iniziando dalla casa dove abbiamo soggiornato...eravamo 4 adulti e un bimbo piccolo . La signora Daniela è stata molto cordiale e disponibile mettendo a disposizione tutto quello ci serviva dal lettino per il piccolo al seggiolone che non avevamo portato. La cucina attrezzata con tutto quello che può servire per preparare i vari pasti. Consigliatissimo😊

La proximité à la plage, les magasins et mes amis. La taille de l’appartement. L’aide des gens du bureau, la clarté. La climatisation. Le quartier. Les placards. La machine à laver. La possibilité de poser des questions au bureau de location.

L’appartement et le balcon donnait sur la voie ferrée.

L ottima posizione per tutti i servizi di cui una famiglia possa aver bisogno, il mare distante pochissimi mt, su una strada privata chiusa e senza rumore del traffico...appartamento completamente nuovo e funzionale, dotato di tutti i confort...la Sig.a Daniela è di una gentilezza squisita, appena avevo qualche domanda pre partenza, quasi non facevo in tempo a finire di scrivere il messaggio che subito mi chiamava per rispondere alle mie domande.. se torneremo ad Alassio di sicuro riprenoterò qui.

Dire che non mi e piaciuto qualcosa assolutamente no...forse un po di fastidio per il rumore dei treni di passaggio, ma era un fastidio transitorio sul momento

Piacevole vacanza rigenerante ad Alassio!

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, ampio, accogliente e ben arredato.

Unico neo, per chi è abituato al silenzio e alla quiete domestica, la posizione completamente affacciata sulla linea ferroviaria. Tale posizione rende complicato riposare nelle ore notturne o in primissimo mattino, quando si intensificano le corse.

Una vacanza al mare fa sempre bene all'umore, allo spirito e al corpo

Struttura ben attrezzata, comodo arrivare alla spiaggia. Il nostro appartamento aveva un bellissimo terrazzo, con tavolo, sedie, panchina e ombrellone. Molto apprezzato anche il doppio bagno e il comodo sgabuzzino. Schermo tv gigante e connessione stabile.
