Great stay in Alassiio at Alessandro's beautifully renovated apartment. He was super helpful prior to our arrival, answering a ton of questions from me and my family, and Graziella and Valentina (his local managers, with an office literally across the street) provided quick help during our stay. When we got there late in the afternoon for example, we could not find enough bath towels for or family of 5 - Graziella had them delivered the very next morning. The apartment is cozy but very pretty, modern and smartly laid out for our family of 5. The 2 bathrooms were a blessing for my wife and 3 daughters, as was the small, charmingly old fashioned but perfectly serviceable elevator. Independent A/C units in both bedrooms and living room worked great and we couldn't have managed the July heat without them. The location is just about perfect - on a street bustling with activity, but very quiet at night thanks to the great insulated windows. The budello and 24/7 supermarkets are both no more than a block away, you won't need a car to get any shopping or great dining done. The parking spot is inside a very secure structure off the main drag (via Aurelia), also within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Everything was as, or better than, described, no surprises. Thank you Alessandro, we look forward to coming back to Alassio next year.

We loved the location, just in the "no car area", the private garage box closeby was also very convenient, because finding a parking space isn't easy in Alassio. Walking distance from the relatively big supermarket (where they sell bed linnen) and als close to the shopping area and beach. The bathrooms and bed are very comfortable.

This apartment is fantastic. We have been here for over a month, and we have enjoyed our stay immensely. It is newly renovated with good taste, and all possible amenities. The decor is contemporary and fresh. The view on the hills is bright and beautiful, opening onto great sunsets. The place is full of natural light, and the living room has three large windows. Everything is new and crispy clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped, the two bathrooms are spacious and functional. The location is perfect, everything is steps away: the beach, the sea, groceries, large and small, coffee shops, train station, shopping. The garage is a plus and not too far. Alessandro the owner, Valentina who manages the place have been very helpful and always available when we needed something during our long stay. We strongly recommend this apartment and will be back time and again!

Lovely apartment, very nice furnished and clean. Location is excelent, very close to the beach and the city of Alassio. As we were 4 adults, we missed 2 more glasses to drink wine (there were only 2). Please buy some for our next stay :-) Some tips: 1. leave at least 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for when guests arrive; 2. As we were not italians we did not know what to do with the trash (i could speak some italian and asked a neighbour), perhaps some instructions would be good. We would definitely come back again!!!
