PENTHOUSE on the sea with garage June-September check-in/check-out on Saturdays

We spent over 5 weeks at this fabulous apartment and truly hope to return for an even longer stay.The views will be in our memories forever. Whether there was bright sunshine or a winter wind blowing through, every minute was stunningly beautiful to see and watch. From coastline to hillside villages, gardens of neighboring villas and wisteria blooming in early Spring, we felt fortunate to see it all! The terraces and balconies span three sides and both levels; surrounding you with beauty, every way you look.Everything about the listing is accurate. We are in our 60’s and this spiral staircase between the two levels was easy to use and gave us no concern. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to savor the fresh ingredients from nearby markets and make our own meals when we chose to “stay in and relax.” With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, we had all of the indoor space we needed and would have plenty of room to share with family or friends; if we choose.The location is 1/2 block from The Sea and the promenade extends to other villages in both directions. There is a bus stop 1/2 block away. We used it extensively to explore hillside villages and ancient passages. The train station was close enough to walk to and discover a new village or city, almost every day. We were surrounded by wonderful choices for shopping, lounging and dining; endless choices for anything we wished.We can only hope to find this property available, when we can return to Alassio!

Perfect location for the beach and town. Newly restored apartment is fresh and airy. Lovely view from the rooftop terrace. Comfortable bed in second bedroom but firm in the main bedroom. We enjoyed cooking with local produce and the kitchen is moderately well equipped - it would have been useful to have had a sharp knife for prepping food (we bought one in the end). The host was extremely helpful - especially when we had a prolonged power cut due to an electric storm.

This was the second year in a row that our family of four stayed at the property. Once again, everything was wonderful. Check-in was quick and easy and the property was spacious and comfortable. Highlights of the property include Internet, air conditioning, and a very spacious terrace. It’s also literally a two minute walk from the beach. It suited all of our needs perfectly and we would most definitely stay there again!
