Perfect location for the beach and town. Newly restored apartment is fresh and airy. Lovely view from the rooftop terrace. Comfortable bed in second bedroom but firm in the main bedroom. We enjoyed cooking with local produce and the kitchen is moderately well equipped - it would have been useful to have had a sharp knife for prepping food (we bought one in the end). The host was extremely helpful - especially when we had a prolonged power cut due to an electric storm.

This was the second year in a row that our family of four stayed at the property. Once again, everything was wonderful. Check-in was quick and easy and the property was spacious and comfortable. Highlights of the property include Internet, air conditioning, and a very spacious terrace. It’s also literally a two minute walk from the beach. It suited all of our needs perfectly and we would most definitely stay there again!

The property is a two-floor apartment with enough space to for the five people in our party to enjoy comfortably. It seems to have been recently renovated and includes amenities such as air conditioning, WIFI, washing machine, and a dishwasher. A highlight for our family was the spacious terrace, which was great for eating or for enjoying the sun when we wanted a break from the ocean. It even has a small shower for cooling off. Also, the apartment is located right across the street from the beach and is about a five-minute walk from several restaurants/bars along the promenade. It's also not very far from the shops and boutiques in the middle of town. Overall, my family an I loved our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect stay

This apartment is perfectly located in a quiet street, very close to the beach. It was very recently renovated with top, high end accessories. It lays on two levels with an internal spiral staircase. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are on one floor, and the kitchen, living room and another bathroom on the top floor, together with a wonderful terrace. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Sehr schöne & saubere Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Einzig die hinterm Haus verlaufende Bahnlinie war nachts etwas laut (wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft und nicht mit Klimaanlage). Ansonsten top!

Alles da, was man braucht, bequeme Betten und eine schöne, große Terrasse (3 Sonnenmarkisen und Außendusche) mit Blick zum Meer und zu den Bergen. Wirklich nur ein Katzensprung bis zu sämtlichen Bagni und vielen Restaurants an der Strand Promenade. Nette Begrüßung mit ausführlicher Erläuterung zur Ausstattung. Grüße an Paolo!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt (vor dem Frühstück ein Mal über die Straße gehen und ins Meer springen - toll). Die Beschreibung entspricht auch dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Einzig ungünstig ist, dass ein Kabel/Sat TV angegeben war und es leider keinen deutschprachigen Sender gab. Na ja, nicht so schlimm. Der check in /out fand auf italienisch statt - sehr charmant und ging auch ohne italienische Sprachkenntnisse. Der Ort ist gut zu Fuß zu erobern. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage bleiben. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind in 5 min zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Alassio.

Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und hat eine tolle grosse Terrasse mit Sicht auf die ligurischen Hügel, Alassio und aufs Meer. Zusätzlich zwei Balkone im unteren Stock. Sie ist super gelegen, nur eine Minute vom Strand entfernt. Auf der Strandpromenade erreicht man in wenigen Minuten Restaurants und das Städtchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings fehlte eine Möglichkeit zum Kaffee machen und dies in Italien! Etwas mehr Farbe, Bilder z.B., würde der Wohnung auch gut tun. Es fehlt noch etwas der Charme. Doch wegen der sonst guten Einrichtung, bequemen Betten und schönen Bäder, der Sauberkeit und der tollen Lage trotzdem 5 Sterne!

Devo dire che generalmente sono una persona piuttosto esigente in fatto di abitazioni di un certo livello ma questa volta la realtà ha piacevolmente superato le mie aspettative ! L'attico è disposto su due livelli, arredato con stile e dotato di ogni confort (esattamente come da descrizione). Tendaggi e tapparelle automatizzati, terrazza panoramica vista mare con doccia esterna e sdraio prendisole, sistema di climatizzazione canalizzato, garage privato, ascensore ai piani, pavimentazione in assi di legno, faretti cromatici, ecc ... sono dettagli che fanno la differenza ! Tutto questo a 50 metri circa dal mare ..... Inoltre una lode particolare ai proprietari e alla persona che si occupa della ricezione degli ospiti per la loro disponibilità e cortesia a venire incontro alle nostre piccole esigenze ! Complimenti ! Promosso a pieni voti !

Le immagini pubblicate sul sito e la descrizione riguardo la posizione ed i servizi offerti corrispondono perfettamente al vero. L'appartamento, disposto su due livelli e ciascuno con ingresso indipendente, è in ottimo stato, ben attrezzato, arredato in stile contemporaneo, pulito ed estremamente luminoso. E' comunque possibile regolarne l'intensità attraverso le persiane ed un comodissimo sistema di tende automatizzate. La terrazza g mode di duplice vista mare e collina ed offre la possibilità di trascorrere momenti di relax al sole (è dotata di doccia calda esterna) e di pranzare o cenare nel completo silenzio ed in compagnia dei gabbiani che si vedono volare alti. Lo stabile si trova in una zona estremamente tranquilla ma fornita di tutti i servizi necessari, a pochi passi un piccolissimo minimarket con albicocche del contadino, le prime che ha assaggiato il mio bimbo di nove mesi. Si trova a mio parere in una buona posizione, è fattibile la passeggiata fino a Laigueglia così come quello per raggiungere il famoso budello. Il mare è vicinissimo, basta attraversare la strada. I bagni attrezzati sono tutti ben gestiti. Consiglierei dunque questo appartamento per la posizione, le dotazioni, la pulizia e soprattutto l'accoglienza dei proprietari. Gentilissimi, disponibili e discreti. Torneremo. Grazie GIGI. Importante: Ottima qualità prezzo!
