It offers everything you need for a peaceful stay thanks to its fully equipped kitchen, cot and high chair, Wi-Fi, living area and modern bathroom. The location is ideal for exploring the town centre, beaches and shops, while the tranquillity of the neighbourhood ensures relaxation after your excursions.

Spacious, bright and perfect for family life. The living area offers two comfortable sofa beds that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, utensils and crockery, ideal for preparing meals independently.
The large dining table creates a convivial space for eating together or playing games.
A high chair is also available for younger children.

The room also has a cot and plenty of space to store your personal belongings. Perfect for ensuring peace of mind for parents and safety for children.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
(The price per night includes the management fee of 25%+VAT)
Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I also inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide our guests with any kind of food even just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
