About this house rental
The detached holiday home is modern and functional. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities and campfire area. Cool box for drinks. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A portable barbecue is available for grilling.

Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 8 rooms (from which 7 bedrooms), is 300 sqm and can accommodate up to 23 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the porch with wardrobe and lounge. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room 50 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 20 persons. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and electric water boiler.
1st floor: Bedroom as intersecting room and with 4 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom as intersecting room and with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 4 single beds. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bedroom
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Abertamy - Hřebečná, 850 m AMSL. The holiday house is located on a 7,000 sqm open garden plot with lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Please order bed linen when booking. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 250 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
