Położenie. Sprawne odpowiadanie na pytania. Powierzchnia.
Szkoda, że nie ma klimatyzacji w sypialni (przebywałem podczas dużych upałów). Brak pralki (nie mówiąc o suszarce). Woda ustawiona na chłodną samą zmieniała się co chwilkę na ciepłą i po chwili z powrotem na zimną.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr zentralen Lage, sodass wir sofort in der Altstadt waren.
Da die Wohnung sehr nahe an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, konnten wir das Fenster nicht wegen des Verkehrslärm nicht geöffnet lassen. Außerdem war dort gerade noch eine Baustelle vor dem Haus.
