L'appartement est grand et confortable. Bien situé, vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Hier schläft man katastrophal
Die grosszügige Unterkunft war gut
Wer keinen Wert auf Schlaf legt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Der Strassenlärm ist so extrem, dass man das Gefühl hat, direkt draussen zu stehen. Die Wohnung ist schlecht isoliert und bietet keinerlei Schutz vor dem Lärm. Wir hatten ursprünglich fünf Nächte gebucht, sind jedoch nach nur einer Nacht abgereist. Der Vermieter versprach uns eine teilweise Rückerstattung, doch trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen warten wir bis heute auf unser Geld. Leider keine Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft ist schön hell und Groß. Für 4 Leute perfekt. Außerdem gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür und man ist in 5 min am Strand.
Die Unterkunft hat leider nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist alt und nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet – es gibt lediglich drei Töpfe, das restliche Kücheninventar ist stark abgenutzt. Das Badezimmer ist in einem schlechten Zustand: Die Dusche ist sehr eng, stark verkalkt und der Ablauf scheint verstopft zu sein, sodass das Wasser kaum abläuft. Außerdem sind mehrere Beschädigungen im Bad sichtbar. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist die Lage – die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Es ist dadurch sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Auf dem Balkon kann man sich kaum unterhalten, und nachts ist Schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider nicht so angenehm, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Mit einer Renovierung und besserer Ausstattung könnte die Unterkunft aber deutlich gewinnen.

Appartamento pulitissimo davvero speciali le ragazze che si occupano della casa, essa è centrale e non serve l’auto è tutto raggiungibile a piedi: spiaggia, stazione, vari supermercati, budello ecc… Il proprietario ha pensato a tutto per essere autonomi : chiavi nella box , chiave per l’indifferenziata, 2 tv, specchio a figura intera, macchina del caffè a capsule ecc…
Essendo una via centrale: il rumore che è solo nell’aree esposte lato strada, sala e camere da letto . Anche qui si è provveduto al problema , con doppi vetri e climatizzatore . Cucina posta invece in area verso cortile molto più rilassante.

Alassio a portata di mano
La casa è ben arredata e dispone di ogni comodità. Posizione ottima, vicino al mare, al supermercato e ad una pasticceria. Vittorio è stato disponibile e gentilissimo. Per fortuna era stato installato da poco il condizionatore…è stato una salvezza dato il forte caldo.
Trovandosi sull’Aurelia, purtroppo i rumori sono tanti, soprattutto la notte.

Buona esperienza
Casa grande e con un ottima posizione centrale. Vicino al centro e alle spiagge, supermercato sotto casa. Presente un ascensore. Chi gestisce l'appartamento molto disponibile.
Pulizia sommaria, molto caldo nella casa. Presenti 3 ventilatori e un condizionatore portatile ma non sufficienti purtroppo . Mancanza del congelatore e dei prodotti base per la pulizia come un mocio per pulire i pavimenti.
