About this apartment rental
With us you live in a pure residential area with mostly single-family and terraced houses (without through traffic) on the eastern outskirts of Flensburg. The apartment is decorated in Scandinavian style and offers ample space for two people. Wi-Fi for free! An on request individual care of our guests is a matter of course for us. Various shops are available nearby. Due to the good transport links, the various beaches, the Danish border and the city center are easily accessible. On foot you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes. To university University campus, where the Campushalle (SG-Flensburg-Handewitt, Handball) and the Campusbad are located, are about 500 m away. Attention! The city of Flensburg requires a lodging tax. This can affect the rental price (info's below)

Das Ferienappartement Brandenburg an der Bundesstraße 11 - keine Angst, die Straße heißt wirklich so und ist eine ausgesprochen ruhige Nebenstraße in einer entzückenden Wohngegend unweit der Universität in Flensburg.
Die nächste Hauptstraße mit Busanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist schnell zu Fuß erreicht.
Das Ferienappartement selbst ist eine Art Einliegerwohnung in einem Anbau des eigentlichen Wohnhauses der Familie Brandenburg. Hier findet sich Alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt: zwei Betten, die tagsüber als Couch dienen, eine kleine Sitzecke zum gemütlichen Frühstücken, eine kleine Pantryküche, um das Frühstück oder zur Not auch das Mittagessen zuzubereiten.
TV, eine kleine Musikanlage und Zugang zum Internet per WLAN sind natürlich auch vorhanden.
Ein kleines Highlight stellt das geräumige Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung dar.
P.S.: Wer, wie ich mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein will und nicht über eine ausgesprochene Fitness verfügt, sollte über ein E-Bike nachdenken, wie es auffallend viele Einheimische benutzen. Flensburgs Straßen sind zum Teil echt steil, für norddeutsche Verhältnisse.

Dies ist ein wirklich schönes kleines Appartment. Eine gemütliche Basis für Ausflüge in die Region mit allem was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment mit kompletter Ausstattung. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung,
die alles bietet, was für einen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist.
Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen !
