This is the second time I've encountered this rental agency in Flensburg. The last time, there was a lot of hair on the bed sheets and a strong unpleasant odor, and this time we faced the same issues. There were three adults in our group, but only two sets of bedding had a freshly cleaned smell. The third set was stored in the TV cabinet and had such a strong smell that we had to wash it ourselves before we could sleep. On the day we checked in, the floor and sofa were covered with shiny particles. Since we have a one-year-old child, this was particularly concerning for his respiratory health, so the first thing we did was clean the floor. Additionally, there was no internet at all—the host had removed the router and did not reinstall it. Overall, the hygiene conditions were very poor.

August (bookng nr. 5057838574) I think the first information about finding the “hotel” was a bit unclear, and found it also difficult on a holyday travel to operate with e-mails, but according to information from Booking.com, I could instead of “ta kontakt med overnattingsstedet på e-post eller ringe dem på tlf. +49 461 1687999”. On the day before my arrival I felt some of the information was unclear (a.o. the car parking was difficult to administrate from Norway), and therefore telephoned this number. A friendly female voice answered me, and found after a while that the car parking was free on my arrival day. I trusted the information from Booking.com about the help and further information by telephone. The arrival day I had some problems by finding the exact address, but when I had found it, the further operations were unclear, I did not know in which house my room was. A man who lived in these buildings (hotel), tried to help, but with no success. And I did not understand how I could open the port in order to drive my car into the ”private” areas. Then I had to use the telephone number recommended by Booking.com. I telephoned several times in the early afternoon, and kept on until midnight, BUT NOBODY ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE CALLS!!! I felt the situation was hopeless. I am 84 years old, and I could not book a new room that late. I just had to “make the time pass” by walking up and down a high number of streets, walking many tours in the wood, and sitting in the car. I think this is the “longest” night of my life! This booking had been paid in connection with the booking, and the money could not be refunded. I find this was a clever thing to do – Booking.com. My booking nr. 2 (4.-5. August) was also paid in connection with the booking, and also here the money are irrefundable! I dared this time not even to try a new visit to Stadtnah a

Vi hade det trevligt

Lägenheten var bra i storlek o trivsam.

Vi var 4 st men det fanns bara 3 stolar i köket när vi skulle äta! Vi fick ta in en plaststol från terrassen. Det fanns bara 2 st större handdukar som vi skulle ha när vi hade duschat, det var inte bra! Vi hade ju bokat för 4 personer!!!

La taille de l'appartement et la cuisine.

Le ménage est à moitié fait, le sol est sale. L'appartement sent l'humidité. Les oreillers sont en plumes et sentent mauvais. Les couettes font beaucoup de bruits quand vous bougez la nuit. Le matelas du lit est très très mous. Nous avons donc dormi sur le canapé.

Die Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner war nach einer Woche Reise sehr willkommen. Große Küche mit Sitzecke. Kein schlechtes Bett im Schlafzimmer.

Ein alter Raum mit dünnen Wänden, quietschenden Treppen und dem Geruch alter Klamotten. Nicht ganz sauber. Kein WLAN.

Lejligheden var fin i forhold til centrum og parkering

Lejlighedens terrasse var fyldt med træ nedfald, så man tog blade og andet med ind i lejligheden, sengetøjet lugtede jordslået, dyner og puder var gamle og trængte til at blive udskiftet. Sengen var meget blød.

Trevlig weekend i flensburg

Trevlig enkel lägenhet som hade det man kunde begära ingen prisklassen. Det var Fint, rent och ett välutrustat kök. Det ligger en bit ifrån stan, tar ca 10 minuter att gå till starten av centrum men bageri och butik inte alls långt ifrån lägenheten. Vi trivdes bra och hade en trevlig vistelse.

Uteplatsen var väldigt smutsig och den hade kunnat vara lite mer fixad om man hade velat sitta där. Nu hade vi inte väder för det så för oss gjorde det inget. Vi hade bokat för 4 och jag kan ju tycka att det kunde funnits 4 stolar i köket. Kanske en fällstol eller något så vi kunde suttit där om vi velat. Även 2 lakan till bäddsoffan så vi kunde nyttjat båda soffdelarna. Blev lite trångt med 2 stora barn.

Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral gelegen

Der Innenhof war leider sehr dreckig. Der Müll lag neben den Mülltonnen. WLAN war eine Katastrophe, weder normales Fernsehen noch ein Film streamen war mit den Kindern abends nicht möglich, da die Verbindung alle 3 Minuten unterbrochen wurde

Tolle Lage und alles da, was macht braucht.

An der Sauberkeit kann gearbeitet werden. Der Boden war voller Staubflusen und auch an Oberflächen und am Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber. Es ist sehr hellhörig in der Wohnung.
