This was perfect for our one night in Flenzberg.

Perfect location to explore the old town and fjord area

This is a well situated location for exploring the old town by foot, or for using bikes to explore the fjord shoreline. The apartment is well equipped, large and comfortable. It was perfect for our small family (3) but would be fine for a larger group. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very quick to respond and gave thorough detail for check in and parking options. We would stay here again.

Minor perhaps, but some coffee (or instant) would have been nice (there were coffee filters, a machine and some tea with kettle available though). We just weren't staying long enough to shop for small quantity items.

The location is in the city center right at the vicinity of the pedestrian street where most shopping stores and several big churches are located.

The tunnel and narrow walking labyrinth to the apartment building at night is not the best welcoming experience, especially when you reach the building - if you find it in the total darkness at the spot. You need to have your own light - possibly from your mobile phone - to cast light on the key box. The apartment is extremely old, shaky with no views to anywhere. The price is too high compared to the quality.

TERRIBLE HOST

I never went into the property so can’t comment

The property shows as near by parking but nothing of the kind. We had 2 motorbikes lots of luggage and couldn’t have carried it to the pedestrianised location. Booked at 5pm arrived at 6pm after leaving bike and walking to find, realised was impossible to get there for us. Alley was blocked by pallets and looked unkempt going up. Asked host politely to cancel and they refused.CHARGED US THE FULL AMOUNT, I then had to find another hotel that we COULD park near to with the motorbikes and pay for that. This year alone with touring on the motorbikes this was the 14th hotel we had stayed in. NEVER had a problem before . When they say they have parking they have!!!!!Approx took £100 off me for nothing the booking was live for 1 hour. Wouldn’t even negotiate a partial payment.

Great location, comfortable rooms and nice hosts

The house is in the middle of city center on the main street. Near to port. It is quite comfortable despite being an older house, bigger rooms, proper beds, comfy sofa , big kitchen and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Lot of food options around and shopping street. The hosts are super communicative and answered our questions immediately, also guided us.

The house is a great value for money. Just a few observations. As the house is on the main city center, you aren't allowed to drive on the street. A bit tricky if you have suitcases or more luggage. However there is a parking on the parallel street and a parking 600 ms away for bigger cars. The floors are quite creaky. Kitchen could use a pan.

Superb

The apartment was well presented and had plenty of space. It was clean and modern especially the bathroom. We were close to the main road and everything was close by for our very short stay. Communication was excellent and it was so easy to access the apartment.

Unfortunately the weather was against us, grey and raining. Not something anyone can control of course. Just to advise older people, the one flight of stairs were steep. We took our time.

For tourists perfectly located in historical buildung in the city centre. Quiet back alley. Very spacious. Value for money.

It was difficult to find the right door, no light or signs in the dark alley. The apartment is simple but ok, but the house needs some serious renovation, very moist (we were there in autumn).

It was perfectly placed in the center of Flensburg. Nice flat, perfect for a holiday with kids.

It was Hard for us to find the wiFi password. The floor was a bit dirty. More (spare) towels for the kitchen would be great

It is a big nice flat with very good location. Good and big bathroom and kitchen. It is located in a quiet, cosy alley just behind the walking street. It is quiet and still very central located. There is parking house nearby.

There is no elevator, so not good for people who dont walk good.

Perfect accomodation for families

The apartment location was very strategic, nearby stores, restaurants and bus station. The check in was quite complicated but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The house was modern and very clean. We had a wonderful stay at this accomodation.

Fasilitetene var rene.

Leiligheten var kaldt. Varmeovner virket dårlig og fikk ikke varme fasilitetene mens vi var der. Sengetøy var egnet til sommer tiden og det var for få ekstra sengetøy for hele familien. Belysning i bygda var ikke eksisterende så måte vi bruke lys fra mobilen til å finne riktig inngang, nøkkel og leilighet (Vi kom natt tiden til stedet).

Centralt og nær Café Extrablat, der kan lidt af det hele (når man er sulten og tørstig). Elsker sofaen i nr 69.04!

Ingen parkering i nærheden. Der var en te-æske, men ingen te?! Pistacie-håndsæben gjorde os kvalm. Savnede rigtige dyner i værelset med tre senge, fremfor vattæpperne.

Eine günstige Zwischenübernachtung

Die Größe der Wohnung ist toll, Ausstattung auch gut. Der Weg dahin ist leider etwas ungünstig (Fußgängerzone), der Weg durch den Hinterhof im Dunkeln gruselig, auch das Treppenhaus - aber nicht einschüchtern lassen. Aber es handelt sich auch um eine preiswerte Unterkunft.

Die große Wohnung ist natürlich prinzipiell toll, leider etwas dunkel - vor allem die hinteren Zimmer am Hang bzw. Mauer. Da taucht aber das weitere Problem auf: durch die Lage sind die Zimmer hinten vermutlich feucht, was man besonders in dier Küche extrem riecht. Auch das Schlafzimmer liegt auf dieser Seite. Das tut mir für die Wohnung wirklich leid und ich denke, dass viele dieser tollen alten Häuser in dieser Lage ein identisches Problem haben.

Alles Räume zu dunkel, Schimmel in der Küche. Die Tür zur Wohnung hat nicht richtig zugemacht. Ein Fenster kaputt und das konnte man nicht öffnen im Schlafzimmer. Der lange Zugang zur Haustür war abends nicht beleuchtet.

De locatie was uitstekend.. maar het eerst vinden was moeilijker

De ramen konden niet dicht enkel op kip. Als je binnen kwam komt er een vocht geur op je af. Het bedlinnen en de handdoeken ruiken muf. Het was niet echt proper. Spinnenwebben en stof lagen nog overal. De elektriciteit voldeed ook niet. Het stopcontact in de badkamer zat niet vast in de muur het licht van de badkamer werkte niet goed ..

Die Lage ist zweifellos sehr gut. Sauber war es auch.

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel (und das liegt auf den Fotos nicht an den zugezogenen Gardinen). Hier hätten vernünftige Lampen geholfen, besonders in der Küche. Das schlimmste aber ist der muffig- feuchte Geruch und das klamme Klima in der gesamten Wohnung: Wir sind gleich wieder abgereist. Finger weg.

Veldig dårlig leilighet, mugglukt, sterk såpelukt av sengetøy, skittent, mørk bakgård, bratt trapp.

Beliggenhet var bra, men tilkomst var gjennom en utrivelig bakgård, rotete og ikke lys om kvelden. Måtte bruke lyset på mobilen for å finne frem

Vi fikk ikke kode før kl 16 da vi skulle overta leiligehten- vi var usikre på om vi ville få koden i tide. Ingen hjelp tilå finne parkering eller hvor man kunne komme nærmest med bil for å losse av. Langt å gå til parkering. Vi fant kjempedyr parkering, burde fått litt hejlpe het elvom bilen vår var 1,95m høy. Det luktet mugg i oppgangen og også i leiligheten. Oppgangen var skitten og ikke pusset opp. Uhyggelig i mørket. Rekkverket var seigt, Trappen veldig smal og bratt. Sengetøyet var vasket med noe såpe eller skyllemiddel som luktet sterkt. En av gjestene våre fikk ikke sove pga dette. Såpelukt dekket over mugglukt. Veldig mørkt på kjøkken med det lyset som var installert, vi droppet å lage mat og å spise i leiligehet, Vi gikk på sokkelesten, sokkene ble skitne, gulv var ikke vasket, Vi skulle bruke isboks i kjøleskap til kjøleelement og isbiter. Den kunne ikke åpnes, muligens ikke aviset eller istykker. Gulvet på kjøkken sviktet når vi gikk på det. Håndklær av dårlig kvelatitet, tynne og tørket ikke - syntetiske ? Anbefaler Booking.com å droppe denne leiligheten, Mvh Mette Nordheim-Larssen

Fin ren lejlighed. Der manglede ikke noget. Dejligt der var sengetøj og håndklæder.

Det fungerede ikke med bestilte parkeringskort og vi kom til at betale over det dobbelt. Afventer hjælp, men tror ik det kommer til at ske. Lidt bøvlet med at hente parkeringskort. Sengene va4 ikke fantastiske, kunne godt have haft topmadras ovenpå springmadrassen

Wohnung wie beschrieben. Lage jedoch durch angrenzende Nachbarn nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone und kommt damit mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Leider befindet sich im direkten Nachbarhaus die sogenannte Zuckerspeicher-WG. Diese haben am Tag lauthals bis früh Morgens gefeiert… durch das hellhörige Haus drang sämtlicher Lärm und Gesang hinein. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, in der Nacht wurde mehr mit der Polizei kommuniziert als geschlafen. Leider kann ich die vorherigen Bewertungen nicht mehr nachvollziehen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit jedoch einwandfrei. Zugang problemlos.
