Very good location for our needs. Easy access to many locations in the surrounding area, as it was located on the outskirts of the town. Very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Generous amount of essential items and a wonderful coffee machine. Very clean on arrival, with many cleaning items available. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Excellent wifi provision. Access to large garden with a variety of garden furniture. Easy on street parking.

The garden area was in need of some tidying and maintenance.

Too much scent of perfume

It is a nice and very clean place, and perfect for some nights in Flensburg. It's a very quiet area.

When we opened the front door, a heavy scent of perfume met us. That was from some perfume sticks in the hallway. Fortunately we could move them outside. But when we went to bed we reslized that the bed linning was washed with detergent (perfume soap). The scent keept me awake most of the night. The bed could also be better. We had to skip the second night in the appartment, because of this. Rented a hotel room instead. Hope for future guests that the host will stop using of perfume, because it would have been another and better stay without. There where 50 pictures of they place. But only a few was from the appartment. Hard to figure out what you really get.

The house was very spacious, and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped, the beds very comfortable. The big kicker table was a great bonus for our 13 year old grandson. The terrace and garden are lovely. Location is excellent. We felt very comfortable and happy there.

There was absolutely nothing we didnt like. It was a beautiful house. We would perhaps have liked to have a few more coffee mugs, but otherwise it was perfect

Flot og rummelig hus med alt, hvad man kan ønske sig

Stuen var virkelig godt indrettet med et stort køkkenalrum opdelt i spisestue og fjernsynsstue med en kæmpestor behagelig sofa. Køkkenet havde alt, hvad man kunne ønske sig - meget moderne ovn, kogeplader, opvaskemaskine og Nespresso-maskine. Fodboldbordet var en sjov overraskelse. Soveværelserne var godt indrettede og sengene behagelige.

Ruhige Lage, das Stadtzentrum war gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Bad ist infolge der räumlichen Gegebenheiten sehr minimalistisch. Das Badfenster muss mal nachgestellt,bzw.repariert werden.

Dort könnte mal renoviert werden…..

Viel zu kleines Badezimmer mit Toilette. Die Tür zur EG.-Wohnung ist nur mit einem Vorhang und kleinem Regal davor verschlossen. Man geht die Treppe zur OG.-Wohnung hoch, dort gibt es auch keine Tür zum OG.-Flur und zur Küche. Nur das Schlafzimmer und Bad besitzen eine Türe. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keinen Schrank. In der Wohnung ist der Stiel der 80er stehengeblieben…….

Kurzurlaub mit Weitblick

Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist schon sehr schön . Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Nachts konnte ich das Fenster auflassen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und besonders die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Parken konnte ich direkt vor der Tür. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist besonders freundlich zu erwähnen und hat sich sehr schnell meines kleinen "Problemes" angenommen.

Das Bett war etwas sehr weich und die Dusche etwas eng. Aber mit beidem konnte ich gut leben.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für die Familie.

Super ausgestattetes Haus, gemütlich und liebevoll dekoriert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In der Küche alles ist vorhanden und alle Gerate funktionieren . Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen. Natürlich gibt es hier und da kleine Abnutzungen ( Die Tür der Terasse geht schwer auf), aber dass hat uns nicht gestört.

Das Wetter ! Dafür kann aber keiner 😂

Super schöner Kurzurlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt trotz Wohngegend recht nah zum Hafen und Promenade. Auch die Stadtmitte ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Den Kontakt zu Herrn Boldt muss ich noch lobend erwähnen. Er hat super schnell geantwortet.Top

Es ist eine Kita zwei Häuser weiter. Darum kann es Vormittags etwas lauter werden. Dies ist halt normal und uns hat es nicht gestört aber man sollte es wissen.

Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl und würden diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage war optimal und Parkplatz vor der Tür war immer vorhanden. Die Küche war von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung.

Es war sehr unsauber, der Fernseher war von Staub bedeckt der Teppich war mit Flecken überseht und die ganze Wohnung roch muffig und das sehr extrem. Am Schlafzimmerfenster war Schimmel sowie im Bad Fenster. Das Bad ist super klein auch die Dusche, für größere Menschen nicht geeignet. In der Küche waren die Gläser zum Teil noch mit Flecken vom Vorgänger bedeckt. In der Wohnung ist eine steile Treppe um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. 30€ pro Hund für die Reinigung finde ich sehr teuer wenn sie nicht mal richtig sauber gemacht wird.

Eine wunderschöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie ist richtig gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer, ein tolles großzügiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Eine tolle Küche, die zum Kochen einlädt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Essecke ist richtig gemütlich mit Tisch und Stühlen. Daran grenzt das total einladende und kuschelige Wohnzimmer. Bei schönem Wetter lädt der Garten zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben auf der Terrasse unser Essen genossen. Wir haben uns alle hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt, gerne kommen wir wieder, wenn was frei ist. Flensburg ist eine sehr schöne und sehenswerte Stadt und natürlich ist die Ostsee traumhaft. Aber ebenso kann man einen Ausflug ins angrenzende Dänemark machen. Wir waren in Sønderborg und es war wunderschön dort. Ein sehr zauberhaftes und malerisches Hafenstädtchen.

Es gab nichts hier zu bemängeln.

Netter Aufenthalt in Flensburg

Wir hatten durch den separaten Eingang eine komplett eigenständige Wohneinheit ("kleines Haus"), es war sehr sauber, Küche war gut grundausgestattet, Wohnviertel war nett, fußläufig in 30 Minuten am Hafen, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter via booking lief einwandfrei

Das Bad ist doch sehr klein und leicht in die Jahre gekommen, die Bettwäsche wurde neben Rauch/Flamme/Feuer(?) getrocknet und hat leider danach gerochen
