A warm and cosy home close to everything yet peaceful and quiet❤️

Robert is a kind and thoughtful host, he was so helpful and a delight to talk to. My wife and i enjoyed our stay in his beautiful home, a very cosy and homey atmosphere. It was quiet and warm, a really good bed and a nice kitchen with a big living room with tv and good internet connection. A big bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and close to the city, the fjord and the train station and connected well to busses very close to the apartment. We recommend Roberts home very much. Thank you ever so much for the stay my friend and may God bless you and your family abundantly 🥰🤲🏼

Spacious top-floor flat in residential building. Has everything you might want, including a big bathroom with bath and shower and a well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance of the railway station and the town centre.

Bis zur Beseitigung der Mängel kommt für uns keine Buchung in Frage.

Man bekommt die Schlüssel vom Eigentümer, der im Erdgeschoß wohnt.

!!! VORSICHT UNFALLGEFAHR: Das größte Problem sind die Treppen, die zu der Wohnung führen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß, das ausgebaut ist (entspricht 4. Etage). Bis zur 3. Etage gibt es Steintreppen, jedoch zum Dachgeschoß sind die Treppenstufen mit Fliesen verkleidet. Wir übernachteten hier im Januar. Als ich die Stufen hinuntergehen wollte, rutschte ich oben aus. Die Stufen zum Dachboden sind auch nicht so tief wie die anderen Stufen, so dass ich mit dem nassen Schuh nach vorne wegrutschte, weil man auf diese kleinen Stufen nicht ganz drauftreten kann. Ich fiel auf den Rücken und rutschte die ganze Treppe runter. Gott sei Dank passierte nichts. Die Verkleidung der Stufen müssen DRINGEND ausgetauscht werden, denn nasse Fliesen sind gefährlich und eignen sich niemals zur Verkleidung von Treppenstufen. Daher müssen sich vor allem Ältere und Kinder hier gut festhalten. Der zweite Makel ist die Heizung im Wohn-/Essbereich. In diesem großen Raum befindet sich lediglich ein Heizkörper im Essbereich, so dass der Wohnbereich kalt ist. Der Heizkörper ist unzureichend. Anscheinend ist auch das Dach nicht gut gedämmt. Die Verkleidung ist kalt. Man spürt die Kälte beim Sitzen im Wohnbereich. Der dritte Makel ist die Dusche. Das Wasser zieht nicht so schnell ab, so dass man zum Schluss im knöcheltiefen Wasser steht. Wir benutzten den Wasserkocher. Der Wasserkocher ist gut und sauber. Die Kaffeemaschine sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist normal. Zuletzt gibt es ein großes Parkproblem. Die Häuser sind auf beiden Seiten aneinandergereiht. Bei der Anzahl der Anwohner ist das Finden eines Parkplatzes ein großes Glück.

Wunderbar

Die Unterkunft ist im obersten Stockwerk und sehr ruhig. Es ist alles da! Das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und Dusche, lässt also keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Aufgang und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Praktisch und Mittelklasse

Die Wohnung war wirklich praktisch gelegen zur Innenstadt. 20 min. Fussweg. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung Ruhig gelegen. Matratzen sind super bequem. Man merkt auch das sie recht neu sind. Sauber ist Wohnung und mit bedacht dekoriert.

Nachteil empfanden wir die Gerüche in der Wohnung da es einen airwick gab der wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist, unangenehm riecht. Der musste nicht sein. Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionell. Sofa eher eine Notlösung zum sitzen.

Ingen hiss, många trappor för att nå lägenheten. Saknade viss köksutrustning såsom t.ex. brödrost.
