Comfortable.

Nightmare on New Year’s Eve, large parking lot behind property was used for launching fireworks right through to 5am…none of us got much sleep. Had an issue with the key to unlock parking space.

Keinen Kontakt zu personal gefunden, habe mich durch Zufall orientiert. Auch den Parkplatz nur durch Zufall gefunden. Die anderen Gäste konnten den Anbieter kontaktieren,bei mir kam keiner an das Telefon. Hatte nur Glück.

Miffeliges Zimmer und Bettwäsche

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in einem akzeptablen Zustand. Der Raum wirkte stark muffig, und auch die Bettwäsche war von minderer Qualität und roch unangenehm, sodass man sich darin kaum wohlfühlen konnte. Besonders problematisch war, dass die Toilette mit Dusche nicht abschließbar war. Da es sich um eine Gemeinschaftsunterkunft handelt, müsste man ständig darauf achten, dass keine fremden Personen hereinkommen – absolut unzumutbar. Die Vermieter zeigten sich leider überhaupt nicht einsichtig. Obwohl wir noch am selben Abend ausgecheckt haben, wurde keine Rückerstattung angeboten. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, die ich nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

Super Preis, funktional, zentral, bodenständig

Der Check-in ging unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit durch einen Schlüsselsafe. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles Wichtige war fußläufig erreichbar. Durch die Straße und den Jahrmarkt nebenan war es eher laut. Ich denke aber dass es nur temporär so ist und nicht dauerhaft. Die Unterkunft ist wie sie beschrieben wurde, gut ausgestattet, funktional, kein Luxus, aber preislich unschlagbar. Sauber war es auch. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Als ein Problem mit dem WLAN auftrat, wurde es innerhalb weniger Stunden direkt behoben.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Vom Treppenhaus hörte man immer wieder Leute, aber das ist in den meisten Mehrfamilienhäusern nunmal so.
