This is a special historic house, close to the center, worth staying in

The house is one of Flensburg historical building and is beautiful! it is really special to stay on a place like this. it was spotless clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We stayed in the Vila Royal apt, which was spacious and comfortable. To help those of you who are considering staying in this place. There are 2 apt in the building. the first floor seems to be offices. you enter the foyer and walk up to the second floor (with this magnificent stained glass window). the landing on the second floor leads to the two apt. (and there seems to be an extra room available maybe for a bigger family). Notice that our Apt, the villa, has no terrace or big view windows (they stress that on the publicity, but it’s hard to understand which photo belongs to which apt). The other apt has the French windows and the terrace. when you enter the Villa Royal you get to the kitchen and running table. a flight of stairs leads you to another landing- the master bedroom, the bathroom and the living room. the living room is a long room- on one side they placed the sitting area, in the middle is a round table and 4 chairs, and in the other end of the living room there is a double bed to extra guests. I couldn’t figure it out for the pictures. So the extra guests are sleeping in the living room, which has a glass door (so less privacy. it worked for us, we didn’t mind this.

1. We stayed for 5 days and the agent would not allow us to use the washing machine which she says is reserved only for people who stay for a week. This was very upsetting, especially when the description says that a washing machine is available. what is the interest on a property to deny travelers a use of the machine is beyond me. 2. there was no toilet paper upon arrival. I think this must have been a mistake, because nothing else was missing

Komfortable Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung. Die Küche hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Parkplatz am Nachbarhaus perfekt.

Keine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer möglich. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr warm unterm Dach und gleichzeitig dann auch noch dicke Winterzudecken.
