Its a big apartment and really clean.

The additional price for late checkout is really high (10€ per hour). And when i left the room and put my key back into the locker there was already a guy standing next to the locker and took the key without saying a word, tha he directly went to check our room.

Did not get into the apartment due to miscommunication and lack of response from the owner.

We cannot rate this because we were unable to take the keys from the locker. The owner was unavailable and even though we have called and messaged him, there was no reply. We stood at the door for 30 minutes and left to look for another hotel. It turned out the key-box code provided by Booking.com was wrong. It was only the next morning when we discovered that there was a change (an e-mail from the owner that reached us much too late). We accepted the first message in good faith and had no reason to expect another (especially one not written in English). A fail.

Gemütliche Fewo im Herzen Flensburgs

Die Fewo liegt sehr günstig in der Innenstadt und ist auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich würde sie trotz kleinerer Probleme wieder buchen.

Es wird zur Reinigung sehr viel Chlor verwendet. Die ganze Wohnung roch danach. Leider riechen die Handtücher nach 1x Benutzung sehr muffig. Ebenso die Bettwäsche. Vorher war alles durch viel zu viel Weichspüler übertüncht. Die Handtücher riechen und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Da mir das schon einmal aufgefallen ist, sollte wirklich an diesem Problem gearbeitet werden. Die komplette Wohnung neigt sich leicht nach rechts, sodass die Fenster nicht offen bleiben zum Lüften. Gut, da habe ich eine der Kunstpflanzen vorgestellt. Typisch Altbau mit viel Charme

Jeg kunne godt finde på at booke igen, men ville tage mit eget sengetøj med

Placeringen. Tæt på gågaden.

Der er antydninger af skimmel i vinduerne og der lugter også sådan lige når man kommer ind. Man skulle selv lægge sengetøj på, og det er såmænd fint nok, men det lugtede af surt vasketøj. Som om det var vådt da det blev lagt sammen

Die Lage an der Fußgängerzone war gut, Wohnung groß ...

Die Lage an der Fußgängerzone war gut, aber der lange Weg zum Wohnhaus dürftig beleuchtet ..vor der Haustür gar kein Licht. Alleine als Frau unmöglich! Wohnung war kalt... Heizung im Wohnzimmer ging gar nicht . Daher nicht gemütlich. Ausstattung ansonsten okay. Badezimmer sehr dürftig, im Spiegel können sich nur Menschen ab Größe 1.80 sehen. Handtücher hübsch, aber trockneten nicht :-( Würde ich nicht wieder buchen

Lejligheden var meget kold uden mulighed for at skrue op. Håndklæderne var så slidte at de faktisk ikke kunne tørre en. Tror heller at der var blevet støvsuget inden vi kom, for der lå skidt på gulvet i hele lejligheden. I det hele taget var lejligheden noget slidt.

Zentrale Ferienwohnung aber ruhig gelegen.

Die Fewo ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Betten waren nicht bezogen und das Haus selbst und der Hinterhof war schon sehr herruntergekommen. Man kann nicht vor der Fewo halten um Sachen auszupacken. Die Fewo liegt auf dem Hinterhof der Speicherlinie 8, dort müssen Sie durch die Schranke (keine Einfahrt mit dem Auto möglich!).

Vi hittade inte ingången till boendet. Ingen i närheten visste var det var. Vi ringde de två nummer vi fick från boendet flera gånger, inget svar. Vi skickade meddelande utan att få svar. Dagen efter fick vi ett spydigt och arrogant svar på vårt meddelande!

Schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage, nicht weit vom Hafen und der Innenstadt entfernt.. Helle, ruhige und freundliche Wohnung. Funktional und schön eingerichtet.

Die Sauberkeit ist noch ausbaufähig.. Und kleine handwerkliche Aufgaben wären auch nötig, wie zum Beispiel ein Handtuchhaken der schon aus der Wand fällt.

Leider keine Möglichkeit an der Unterkunft zum Ein- und Ausladen des Reisegepäcks zu parken! Die 3.Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem Sofa war eigentlich nicht zumutbar. Ansonsten Alles i.O.

Parkerings faciliteterne var dårlige, der var langt fra p-huset til lejligheden. Lejligheden gammel, og der er ikke gjort noget for at udligne skævheden pga gulvet, så sengen står meget skævt og er derfor ikke behagelig at sove i

Hold jer væk - ikke pengene værd

Placeringen af lejligheden i forhold til at vi havde booket opholdet til at komme til julemarked, men var stort set også det eneste udover at vi fandt ud af at der var et lækkert dansk bageri få hundrede meter fra lejligheden. Så var lækkert med noget velkendt morgenmad.

Lejligheden var rigtig svær at finde ud fra både GPS og beskrivelsen. Der stod man skulle booke parkeringsplads i forvejen men ikke noget om hvor, vi fandt da heldigvis et sted vi kunne parkere de to ud af fire dage vi havde bestilt. Lejligheden var iskold og var umuligt at få varmet op og vi endte derfor med at tage hjem allerede to dage fordi vi alle blev så snottet og hele tiden hostede pga kulden og fugten i Lejligheden. Der lå beskide håndklæder i vaskemaskine ved ankomst selvom der ligeså lige havde været rengøring da vi kom. Meget af servicen og udstyret i køkkenet var beskidt. Ekstra sengen kunne slet ikke bruges og benyttes pga håndtaget var ødelagt så vi måtte benytte den meget hårde og lille sofa som ekstra seng. Og udover det så var bygningen så gammel at hele lejligheden var så skæv at opholde sig i. Aldrig et sted jeg vil anbefale til nogen eller benytte igen. Vi troede vi skulle have en hyggelig familieoplevelse for at glæde vores 4 årige, men endte bare i sygdom til os alle sammen og en rigtig øv oplevelse.

Beliggenheden var fin til det vi skulle.

Det var MEGET svært at finde - den beskrivelse der var givet, var meget misvisende. Vi måtte spørge flere - og var ikke de eneste der havde svært ved at finde overnatningsstedet. Vi brugte lang tid på at gå frem og tilbage - kunne godt gøres mere overskueligt. Der skulle beskrives om man skal gå til højre eller venstre fra P-huset.

Mangelfuldt køkken- manglede meget af det basale til service, fx brødkniv og ostehøvl. Frygtelig hård seng. Store problemer med at få toilettet til at skylle ud.
