This apartment exceeded my expectations. It is a little bit further away from the city centre but the it is one of the best apartments I ever rented in Flensburg. It is a bit further away from the city center but then again there is a bus (I believe Line number 7) that brings you to the city center within 10 to 15 minutes. Plus you have a parking spot directly in front of the apartment if you arrive by car

Tolle Wohnung

Die 3 Zimmer Wohnung ( 6 Betten) ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet.Bequeme Couch, gute Matratzen und aufeinander abgestimmte Einrichtung.Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns seine Garage für unsere EBikes zur Verfügung gestellt und wir konnten jederzeit Handtücher neu erhalten.Das Haus ist an einer Kreuzung gelegen, aber nur das Wohnzimmer liegt dorthin.Die Schlafräume liegen zum ruhigen Innenhof.Wer mit Hund anreist, hat gute Möglichkeiten zum Gassi gehen im Grünen. Putzmittel in Küche und Bad vorhanden.Das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend und die Dusche gross und trotz Duschvorhang steht das Bad nicht unter Wasser. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Lieben Dank an unseren netten Vermieter.

Kleiner Hinweis...aber keine Kritik: Für 6 Personen zu wenig Kleiderbügel Im Bad wäre ein Abzieher für die Dusche sinnvoll, soll ja alle so gepflegt bleiben wie es ist

Wir fanden es toll dort, um Flensburg zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren super nett.

Die Lage - man war sehr schnell zu Fuss im Yachthafen und mit dem Bus ruckzuck und unkompliziert in der Innenstadt. Auch Glücksburg ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartment war sehr sauber, die Betten waren hervorragend.

Die Lage - es ist sehr laut, besonders Freitag- und Samstagnacht war bis morgens um drei Rambazamba. Wenn man die Fenster schließt, ist es allerdings gut auszuhalten, aber wir sind gewöhnt, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

Auch in Anbetracht des günstigen Preises hat uns der Aufenthalt nicht überzeugt.

- Anreise/Übergabe unproblematisch, sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter - sehr viele Küchengeräte - Couch - gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV - Fußböden renoviert - Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern - Grundlegende Sauberkeit in Ordnung

- Küchenutensilien und Geschirr bei Anreise nicht sauber, an Kochgeschirr und Kochbedarf ehr magere Ausstattung - Stark befahrene Straßen vor der Tür, dadurch Lüftung schwer möglich (auch kein Insektenschutz installiert) - Dusche absolute Fehlkonstruktion (schwer das Bad nicht zu fluten), Bad nach innen liegend, ohne Fenster, ohne Lüftung, dadurch enorme Luftfeuchtigkeit und SILBERFISCHCHEN. - Bett von unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität - Möbel teils ziemlich abgewohnt und nicht wie angegeben renoviert - TV veraltet und mit äußerst fragwürdiger Lage - Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Worte der Nachbarferienwohnung und deren TV deutlich zu hören.

Alt er fint. Indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Området er måske ikke så spændende, men har man en bil, kan man hurtigt køre ind til bymidten.

Nah an der Stadt und doch fast im Grünen.

Sehr freundlich und flexible Betreeung. Mit dem Bus ist die Altstadt resp der Hafen in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Um die Ecke ein gutes griechisches Restaurant umd eine Bäckerei ein paar Meter weiter. Die kleine Küche hat alles was man braucht inkl ein Gefrierfach. Die Grünzone ist in nächster Nähe, Ideal für Jogging oder Walking. Mir hats gefallen, gerne wieder.

Vollausstattung an Utensilien, Spüli, Backpapier, Küchenrolle,... Super bequeme Betten. Seit langem keine Rückenschmerzen mehr. Gute Durchlüftung möglich. Fenster in drei Himmelsrichtungen. Helle Wohnung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Wohlfühlunterkunft.

Die Busse fahren bis tief in die Nacht. Wer bei offenem Fenster schläft und Geräuschempfindlich ist, könnte nicht zur Ruhe kommen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Fehlern

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Unkomplizierter Check-Inn. Schlüssel einfach im Sonnenstudio unter der Unterkunft abholen (wenn einen der Vermieter nicht vergisst). Bushaltestelle vor der Türe.

Wartezeit auf den Schlüssel (siehe oben). Sehr lauter Straßenlärm! Dusche Fehlkonstruktion (Wasser läuft raus). Innenliegendes Bad mit defekten Lüfter!

Ein guter Aufenthaltsort!

Es war eine absolut vernünftige Unterkunft mit einem prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die für uns und unseren kleinen Hund nicht besser hätte sein können. Die schnell erreichbaren schönen Wege zum Spazierengehen waren toll wie auch die in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegene Marina Flensburg Sonwik zum abendlichen gediegenen Verweilen. Die Vermieter der FeWo sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch in Flensburg bestimmt wieder dort anfragen!

Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Es war alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Liebevoll eingerichtet, passend aufeinander abgestimmt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung und man konnte auch welche nachbekommen wenn dies gewünscht wurde.

Ein kleines Minus ist das recht enge und kleine Bad. Für die beiden sehr grossen Schlafräume stand leider nur in einem Raum ein Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung. Schade ist der nicht sehr schöne Innenhof des Appartement. Hier gab es keine ansprechende Sitzecke für einen gemütlichen Abend. Da wir jedoch Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, war das nicht so schlimm, da wir viel und lange unterwegs waren. Sonst wäre eine evtl überdachte Sitzecke angebracht, da auch kein Balkon oder Terrasse vorhanden ist.

Tolles Apartment

Das Apartment strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus und ist sehr sauber. Leider fehlte der Wasserkocher, den wir sicher gestellt bekommen hätten, wenn wir Wert darauf gelegt hätten. Der Vermieter ist super nett und freundlich. Seine Restaurant-Empfehlung war im übrigen ein super Tipp. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Bin vorher abgereist als geplant, da ich mich nicht wirklich dort wohlfühlte.

Bettwäsche ist in die Jahre gekommen und Bettdecke und Bettkissen waren nicht sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht komplett zufriedenstellend und im Badezimmer hätte mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten sein könnten. Der Abstand von der Toilette und der Wand war sehr sehr eng, und daher nicht so gut. Das Zimmer lag an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, sodass ein Schlafen mit geöffneten Fenster nicht möglich war. Ich persönlich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Bei Ankunft roch es stark nach Chlor. Der Geruch aus der Dusche war nicht toll. Das Bett hatte zwei unterschiedlich hohe Matratzen. Für Familien mit Kleinkind (2Jahre) definitiv nicht geeignet. Strassengeräusche ab 20 Uhr sehr laut. Man sollte erwähnen, dass die Wohnung an einer stark frequentierten Straße liegt. Das gesamte Haus war sehr hellhörig. Die Kinder aus dem Nachbarzimmer waren bis 22 Uhr laut tobend zu hören. Sehr schade.

Ideal für eine Kurztripp mit einer preiswerteren Unterkunft

Unkompliziertes Einschecken - sehr freundlicher Empfang Preis Leistung in Ordnung - kleine Appartement Eine kleine Küche ist extra. Man hätte sich dort Kleinigkeiten zubereiten können. Haben dies nicht genutzt, da es viele Bäckereien in der Nähe zum Frühstücken gibt. Es war alles sehr sauber

Bad sehr klein-ohne Fenster - haben immer die Tür offen gelassen, damit es gut durchgelüftet Gegen Morgen war es von der Straße her laut und man musste die Fenster schließen. Kopfkissen zu dick Am Bett am Fenster gab es keine Lampe zum Lesen

Genug Platz in der Unterkunft. Ein Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten und ein Etagen Bett. Schöne große helle Räume. Würde hier immer wieder übernachten.

In der Dusche müssten die Fugen mal neu gemacht werden, da diese schwarze Flecken haben.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes, kleines Appartement in zentraler Lage, optimaler Ausgangspunkt, um die Flensburger Förde mit dem Rad zu erkunden und nur ein paar Minuten von der Marina Sonwik entfernt; sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Vermieter, konnten schon vor unserem Aufenthalt unsere Fahrräder unterstellen

Weihnachtsmarkt in Flensburg

Wir waren mit 2 Pärchen dort. Schön, dass ein Parkplatz vorhanden war, Schlüssel Übergabe lief unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man brauchte und war modern eingerichtet. Für uns, als passionierte Brettspieler war es super, dass der Esstisch groß genug war. Die Betten bequem und die Wohnung trotz Straße wirklich leise.

Da wir zwei Pärchen waren, war es nicht ganz perfekt, dass eins der Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer war. Bei den Einzelbetten fehlten uns Nachttischlampen.
