Leider wurde unten extrem stark geraucht, so dass wir den Balkon nicht geniessen konnten- für Nichtraucher eine Belastung.

Die Wohnung ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung/Möblierung ist zweckmäßig und komfortabel. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es wird keine separate Endreinigungs- oder Servicegebühr erhoben.

Offenbar wird das Inventar nicht regelmäßig geprüft und gewartet: Die Türdrücker quietschen stark, manche Türen schließen nicht richtig, der Duschkopf hängt "am seidenen Faden". Die Kommunikation seitens des Betreibers ist eher unpersönlich, aber ausführlich. Fotos von anderen Objekten des Betreibers als einziger Wandschmuck sind... nun ja... Geschmackssache
